" Losing Tina "

These last few days I was concerned that we were losing Tina. Sunday she had two seizures, close together. That evening she was better and seemed okay. Last night my daughter noticed that Tina was breathing very fast, and I spoke to the Vet. who said to, "bring her in today is she was still like that.

Tina was 16.5 years old. We have a lifetime of memories with her. She was such a sweetheart! Tina was part poodle/lhaso and part cocker. This morning I checked on her. Tina was sleeping awkwardly and still breathing very rapidly. I ran my son to work and hurried home to her. Tina was gone. I think that it was only a matter of seconds before I got home that she died. I held her in my arms and asked, " why didn't you wait for me?"
We wrapped her in her blanket and laid her in our backyard, to sleep, and to return home to her own mommy.

We lost our sweetheart grandson on Christmas Eve, 1998. I know that Tina will be happy to see him there, and he will love Tina for us, until we join them! Tina...Thank you for all the love and the many years of happy memories that you gave us!! Good Bye for now Tina...Your family loves you so much!!!
