Agnetha and Björn
1969
On May 4, 1969 Agnetha and Björn were scheduled to perform on the same TV show
(Count the Happy Moments) being filmed in Göteborg and Malmö. The show was a
tribute to Jules Sylvain. It was during the filming of this show that they fell in love.
It was still cool and a little windy in the spring weather. Agnetha wore a yellow T-shirt
and jeans because it was supposed to look like it was summer, since that's when the
show would be broadcast. Björn wqs doing his level best to keep Agnetha as warm as
possible! It was broadcast August 16, 1969.
Björn sang a song "Look in my little cabin" and Agnetha went to his "cabin" on
the boat for the show. When she got there he picked her up and kissed her on the
forehead. Everyone knew there was something going on between them.
In August of 1969 they moved together into a studio apartment in the
Kungsholmen area of Stockholm.
