The Wedding of Björn and Agnetha
Benny played Mendelsson's "Wedding March" as they walked down the aisle.
He played "Wedding" as they walked out.
There were 300 guests inside the church. Outside there was about 3,000 people.
Afterwards they were driven by the carriage through the town and on to the
White Horse Inn for a reception and wedding dinner. On the way there people tossed
confetti and flowers at them.
On the menu for the wedding dinner was smoked eel, touranados,
and Artic berry ice cream. The dinner was for 39 people and one small French bulldog
named Ada. The Hep Stars played at the reception as people danced.
They went right back to touring after a brief honeymoon.
1972
In the begining of 1972 both Agnetha and Björn and Benny and Frida moved into new
homes in Vallentuna. They socialized often back then as they were near neighbors.
Nearby was a forest where they could take long walks with the dog, Ada.
Angetha and her little French bulldog, Ada.
This rock got quite a workout. It was also used in the pic where ABBA
poses on it and Agnetha is wearing the pink heart outfit.
This rock formation was on their property in Vallentuna.
Björn and Agnetha wanted a child very much during this time.
Agnetha played Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar in March.
May 1972 Agnetha found out she was pregnant.
