It was at this time that Agnetha dated
 Lars Erik Ericsson, a hockey player she
 had met at a party. She said,
"I can't deny that we are seeing
 each other regularly.
Our relationship is serious and
we like being together.
But I don't want to discuss our
relationship with the press."

January 29, Agnetha records" When You Take me in Your Arms"
March 8, dinner at the Palace with the King and Queen and 160 guests.
    

In May the Swedish press announce Björn and Lena Kallersjö are in love.
