It has long been said falsely that Agnetha is a recluse, alone and afraid, never going out of her house. This has been said by tabloid journalists to make a story that will draw interest and bring in readers. But it isn't true, as you have seen by all these pictures through the 1990's and 2000's! Agnetha is seen out and about , like any normal person.
She is not "Garbo" hiding away.
But she does value her privacy. Who can blame her for asking people to not take pictures when she is out doing everyday things? And who can blame her for not wanting to talk with journalists, unless it is on her terms?
They have made up so much trash it isn't funny.
It's better to say nothing. That way you can't be misquoted.
And what she saud in 1996 turns out to be true. She has again gone into the studio and recorded music.
