AMENDMENT V I I

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of common law.

In civil suits, when the value of the controversy is more than $20, you can request a trial by jury.

If you have a trial by jury, no other court in the United States can change the jury's decision.
