WAKE-UP AMERICA! is a creation born out of frustration with our federal government (both Democrats & Republicans); particularly the persistence in circumventing our Constitution & its Amendments by the Congressional and Executive branches. Hence, no focus is placed on our third branch of government, the Judicial Branch or Supreme Court. Even though there are problems in the Judicial Branch, I believe that if the other two branches of the Federal Government do their job as prescribed by the Constitution, the changes necessary in the Judicial Branch may take place.

It is also designed to remind the American people that "WE THE PEOPLE" created our governments through the Constitution, which grants specific "POWERS" or responsibilities to each branch. Whatever powers not granted to the Federal Government passes to the States and The People. View the POWERS GRANTED BY THE CONSTITUTION & its AMENDMENTS to the Congressional and Executive Branches VS today's reality of POWERS ABUSED.

Step by step over the last few years, I have stood on the sidelines and watched our political officials pass legislation and break the laws of our constitution. It is time to stop them in their tracks. Know your Constitution and its Amendments. The Federal Government has too much power already, most of it taken without too much of a fight from the American People. Don't wait until it's too late!
