OUR CONSTITUTION specifically established the ONLY WAYS the people, through Congress or our State Legislatures can propose ANY CHANGE to our Constitution. The 1^st step must be met before the 2^nd step - ratification - can occur. Before any change or amendment is added legally to the Constitution, step 2 must be met, otherwise the amendment cannot be legally added.

Yet our Congress and our President TODAY continue to pass "laws" and "executive orders" making changes and circumventing several areas of our constitution!
