POWERS ABUSED BY THE PRESIDENT

  1. The President has the Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators concur. That means that he can discuss possible agreements or treaties, but he is not constitutionally allowed to follow through on any agreements or treaties with NATO, the United Nations, China, or any foreign countries without 2/3rd vote of the Senate. The President has entered into a variety of agreements and treaties with other countries and the United Nations and NATO without the approval of the Senate!
  2. The President can Recommend to Congress such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient for Consideration. However, the President is not constitutionally allowed to make legislation AND also sign it into law! This is the "checks & balance" of the branches. The President has been signing "Executive Orders" on several issues relating to the People and just signing it into law - Unconstitutional! Executive Orders can be written to enhance or change policies only relating to his executive departments' administrative policies. So, why is this issuing of Executive Orders continuing?
  3. The President shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed. This is the main job of the Executive Branch! It is obvious on several fronts that he and his executive departments have not faithfully executed the Laws of the Land, and in fact, he and several officials in various departments have broken Laws!
  4. The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. Once again, the people are receiving information regarding the Justice Department including the Attorney General, and the President & Vice President, relating to major illegal acts surrounding the 1996 election, illegal fundraising, and once again China's involvement in our elections! Wake-Up America! Keep a watch on what's happened and still is happening within our country!
  5. The President DOES NOT have the Power to declare war or involve our Armed Forces in what has become known as "conflicts" or "peace keeping missions" without the approval of the Congress. Executive Orders doesn't cut it with the American People and Congress needs to put a stop to this occurring in the Executive Branch, as Congress is the only branch that can stop the President from doing this!
