RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE PRESIDENT

Re-educate Yourself on the People's Constitution!

  1. Stop signing "executive orders" as a means of bypassing Congress' approval for war! The American People are sick & tired of our men and women being sent into "conflicts" or so-called "peace keeping missions" when all of them are war-like scenarios. Constitutionally, Congress is the only branch given the power to declare war! In the eyes of other nations, these conflicts and missions reflects the taking of a side by the U.S., therefore, a declaration of war to the side we oppose!

  2. Stop signing "executive orders" as a mean of putting legislation into being without Congress' approval! Congress is the only branch given the responsibility of passing legislation, which is then sent to you for approval to become Law or Veto! You can submit recommendations for legislation. However, you are not constitutionally allowed to pass legislation affecting the States & the People. The only issues Executive Orders are to address are policies within your Administration!

  3. Stop making agreements with NATO, the United Nations, China, and other foreign countries. Discussing the possibility of such agreements is constitutional. However, legally and constitutionally the agreements should not go into effect until and unless the Senate passes it with 2/3rd approval vote!

  4. Get the United States OUT of the United Nations! There is no way that the People of this Great Nation will allow UN "laws" to supercede our Constitution! Our people in the Armed Forces do not take an Oath to defend and protect the United Nations, but an Oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States. Therefore, no Armed Forces personnel should be allowed to answer to another country's military.

  5. The most important constitutional responsibility of your branch of the Federal Government is to "MAKE SURE THAT THE LAWS ARE FAITHFULLY EXECUTED!" Please do your job! This also includes making sure that the Laws are adhered to by Yourself and officials under Your responsibility in each of the departments under the Executive Branch! If you keep a check on yourself and your departments, it would not be necessary for Congress to initiate and spend the Peoples' hard earned tax dollars on all these investigations!

  6. Please stop telling the American People that YOU are responsible for the supposedly great economy. You have the idea that the American People cannot think for ourselves and we need Big Government to take care of us all. You underestimate the intelligence of the American community.

In fact, the President does not control the economy in any way! Wake-Up America! Congress is the branch that controls the purse strings of the Federal Government. The budget actions of Congress are one of the factors in the deficit rising or falling. The decisions made by one man, Mr. A. Greenspan of the Feds regarding the interest rates rising or falling also controls the economy. Congress needs to get rid of the Feds controlling the interest rates (no one man should have so much power), as well as, repealing the Anti-Trust Laws and let our economy function in a normal capitalistic mode. The Peoples spending and saving trends are another important factor in our economy!

By the way, have you ever added the thousands of Americans who have lost their jobs due to downsizing or companies folding over the years? Take some time and trace every company who announced cutback in employees. It runs into the millions! Remember that when you look at the unemployment rate, which is so low because after unemployment compensation ends, many of the millions of people who do not find work in their field or a new career are taken off the count. Also, millions who find work are working at a drastically lower salary than before. Yes, there are lots of jobs out there, but the majority of them are very low paying jobs, mostly in the service area. That's why many families are working two-three jobs! The bills don't automatically go down or go away just because you're laid off and are forced to take a lower salary job!

 WAKE-UP MR. PRESIDENT! Take a real hard look at what the life of the average American is all about. The average Americans are the ones who do not qualify for any of the programs offered by the federal or state governments, nor are we wealthy! Therefore, everything we've earned has been hard-earned and most of the times, it means living from paycheck to paycheck! Americans are tired of being taxed to death. The average American believes we're being taxed without representation!
