CAROLE NEWMAN
December 6th, 1955-November 10th, 2002
Sadly missed by her husband Ron, daughter Jennifer and thier family of Michigan and the many, many friends whose lives she touched so deeply.
"We will never forget you Carole"
our tribute to you......
If we could say something to her it might be this:
IT BROKE OUR HEARTS TO LOSE YOU
THE DAY GOD CALLED YOU HOME;
FOR PART OF US WENT WITH YOU
YOU DID NOT GO ALONE.
A MILLION TIMES WE'VE LONGED FOR YOU
A MILLION TIMES WE'VE CRIED;
AND IF LOVE COULD HAVE SAVE YOU
YOU NEVER WOULD HAVE DIED.
GOD SAW THE ROAD WAS GETTING ROUGH
THE HILLS WERE HARD TO CLIMB
HE GENTLY CLOSED THOSE LOVING EYES, AND WHISPERED PEACE BE THINE.
THE WEARY HOURS, THE DAYS OF PAIN
THE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS ARE PASSED;
THE EVER PATIENT WORN OUT FRAME
HAS FOUND SWEET REST AT LAST.
And if she could respond it might be this poem:
MISS ME BUT LET ME GO
WHEN I COME TO THE END OF THE ROAD
AND THE SUN HAS SET FOR ME -
I WANT NO RITES IN A GLOOM FILLED ROOM
WHY CRY FOR A SOUL SET FREE!
MISS ME A LITTLE,
BUT NOT TOO LONG -
AND NOT WITH YOUR HEAD BOWED LOW,
REMEMBER THE LOVE THAT WE ONCE SHARED -
MISS ME - BUT LET ME GO
FOR THIS IS A JOURNEY
WE ALL MUST MAKE,
AND EACH MUST GO ALONE
IT'S ALL A PART OF THE MASTER'S PLAN,
A STEP ON THE ROAD TO HOME.
SO - WHEN YOU ARE LONELY
AND SICK AT HEART -
GO TO THE FRIENDS WE KNOW,
AND BURY YOUR SORROW IN DOING GOOD DEEDS
MISS ME - AND LET ME GO!
THERESA COOLEY
APRIL 2003
Theresa with her son Jeremy and her new grandson Triston.
THERESA COOLEY
We lost Theresa in April of 2003, to reasons not sure. She had fallen and went to the Dr who said all was okay but she died that night in her sleep.
Theresa lost her husband Ray last year very suddenly and her friends and family pretty much believe she has greived herself to death. After his death she gave up and did not want to continue living.
The birth of her grandson, seen above with her was her only ray of sunshine after her husbands death.
We will remember you always Theresa, rest in peace until we meet again in the place that knows no pain.
