This "Dinner Menu" card. Submitted by Ross DeAeth of Lexington, KY
"I found a dinner
menu card from Saturday Evening November 28th, I'm not sure if this was a joke
as the prices are outrageous. For example: Caviar on Ice: $750!!! Terrapin Maryland
$3000!! And it finishes with permission to tip the butlers no more than $1,000!!!
