Thoughts from John
The 11th Commandment is NOT THOU SHALT BE BORING
As we said earlier,we are not preachers. But we ARE reachers as is every Christian.  If we get NOTHING across to you besides this.........make sure you have a handle on this one fact before you close this web site:
Jesus Christ was  real, He was God in human flesh and He will save your soul from hell if you ask Him. That is a fact. We've never seen Him but I've never seen George Washington either and that doesnt mean he wasn't real.
If you believe in Him and know in your heart that He died for you and your sins He will save you.
That DOES NOT mean that your life is boring from that time on!!!!!!!!!!! Most non Christians (and even some Christians) only contact with saved people has been with Oral Roberts or Jimmy Swaggart or Jim Bakker on TV. Begging for your money but not telling you that they are using it to find them some new mistresses.
Others think that Christians are all like Ned Flanders on the Simpson's. They think we ride around in our cars singing Kumbaya and are "goody two shoes."
Well, you DO change when you become a Christian. But NO WHERE in the Bible does it say, Thou Shalt Be Boring.
ALOT of people at ALOT of churches try to make themselves out to be holier than thou. Believe me, I'm not  holier than anyone. The Apostle Paul who wrote most of the New Testament in the Bible, said he was "the chief of sinners."
I manage a resaurant for a living. The ABSOLUTE worst, meanest, most demanding, condescending people in the whole work week arrive after church on Sunday afternoon. They come in dressed in their fancy clothes and they've been to church and think they are special because of it. They roll in and look down on everyone. Sound familiar? Maybe you've been to a church where it seems like everyone is looking at what you have on or how you look.
Well let me assure you,THAT IS NOT REAL CHRISTIANITY!
Not that these people might not be saved, but Jesus said to do things HUMBLY. Not to worry about the outward appearance but what is inside. These people go around making anyone who MIGHT want to come to church and learn about God feel so uncomfortable that they might never return to that church .......or any other....again.
The main thing I am rambling on about here is that if the people that call themselves Christians are keeping you from knowing Jesus..........PLEASE don't let them. They are humans and don't realize what they are doing. They may be sincere in their wanting you to come but TRADITION stands in the way. TRADITION says that you have to wear your "SUNDAY BEST" to church. Well I have news for you. God couldnt care less what you wear . Our pastor, Jeff Fain who is currently in Guam, preaches in blue jeans alot of the time. And you know what? God speaks through Jeff just as much as a preacher in a three piece suit.
I BEG you, don't let people keep you away from Jesus. He will take you just as you are. He does not care if you are fat or ugly or bald or hairy or skinny or tall or short. He doesnt care if you are a woman or a man or a kid or if you are black or white or any other color.. He doesnt care if you are a Rhodes Scholar or a high school drop out. He doesnt care if you are popular or an outcast. He doesn't care if you are Mean or nice. He doesn;t even care that you hate Him. How do I know? Because I was a Satanist, drug addicted, alcoholic that didnt care if I lived or died and who lived or died with me. I'm fat and ugly and balding and not too bright. But He didnt care.Nov 11 1986, Jesus did not care.
Thats the day He saved me from spending forever in hell. And He  still doesnt care today.
Don't misunderstand me. He CARES about you more than ANYONE . He will be your best friend, your closest confidant, your everything. But He doesn't care what or who you are. The Bible says that anyone can come............ YES EVEN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't leave this site without trusting Him as your Savior. Your life WILL change but for the better.
