1-
Copy the Self-Extraction
File to the sub-directory "scenario"
in your AG root path.
2-
Execute this file
"FROM" there.
3-
The Self-Extraction
File will create a new sub-directory which contain the new
scenario
and
a "batch file".
4-
To play the new scenario you "ONLY"
must execute this BATCH FILE (Every
TIME you
want to play it! BE CAREFUL!!!
NOT LAUNCH the game from AG icon ).
5- The
new scenario will replace the "Agheila" o "Torch"
slot in the scenario selection screen..
as you
will be told in the scenario description.
6-Please
make sure that the AG CD-Rom is in your CD-Rom Drive.
Please
wait to see the "END" mensage before closing the DOS Window in the
screen or you
will lose the
original files.
7- If
you haven´t it, download
"original".
and install it like a custom scenario.If you lose
the original
files then run the batch file of this original scenario.
8-Don´t
forget : If you have any problem like "not possible to replace
the file ...." please check that your
original files
(panzequp.eqp , mapnames.str
inside \Allied General\Dat are not in "Only
to Read"
Mode
Advice:
check the city names and unit names in order to detect whichever problem.
IF SO!
execute the original batch file and after that the scenario batch
file again...and ....start to play!
