Victory Conditions
 -------------------

The German side must defend Metz and capture both Brussels and Pairs in order to gain victory.

Remarks
------------

This scenario is designed to be played solitaire from the German side; i.e. all aggression must be supplied by the human player.  The French AI has been set to be on the offensive as a simulation of the failed French Plan XVII.  If playing as a PBM game, it is recommended that the German side be awarded +2 prestige and +2 experience for play balance.
