Hecate has a long and traveled history, more so than any other ancient God. It is rumored that She first appeared in ancient Sumeria as the Goddess of Death and Magik, and from there She let the people of Egypt know Her as Hekat and the Norse knew Her as Hel. Finially She made Her way to Greece where She started as the daughter of the Titans Perses and Asteria. But then in late legend Zuse adopted Hecate as his own daughter.
Hecate is one of the few Gods to have dominion over the skys, the earth and the underworld. She is the Queen of the dead, the Sorcorer of night and the Judge of the crossroads. She inspires fear in the heart of the weak, but, for the hearts of the strong, She grants an open door to the mysterious font of knowledge that She holds within Her.
