Aug. 16, 1998 After the horrible, senseless loss of life in Africa last week, the expected, "we'll get 'em no matter what it costs or how long it takes", reaction is occurring. Our government doesn't know which shoulder to look over.
We look at each other and wonder why anybody hates us that much. What would the world do if it weren't for us?
The answer is easy. STOP PISSING OFF THE REST OF THE WORLD!
We, the American people, are the most insular people of all the world's major industrial countries. Except for the Internet, ALL our tv, radio, newspapers, and books come from 30 guys.
Get a different spin on the news. Look into alternative news sources and short-wave. Find out what the rest of the world is really thinking while all we hear is the Ken Starr Show.
