This service is being offered to those requiring pictures or documents that originate in Ontario.

If you have ancestors from this part of Canada and have located references to documents available, but have no way of retrieving them, I may be able to help you.    

                                                                          

It is not my objective to sell any information.  If the information is in the public domain and you could go and copy it yourself then I will retrieve it for you for the photocopying cost plus a nominal fee to cover my expenses.

  My Qualifications
For the last 15 years I have been researching various lines in  my family.  I am not a registered genealogist.  I have experience in searching Ontario records.

  Services Offered
I have access to 90% of the Ontario Birth, Marriage and Death Registers, wills from Wentworth County, some Land Records, and news articles appearing on Halinet for Burlington Gazette and Milton Champion. A local library has the complete census records for Canada. It is possible for me to retrieve these papers.  Local Anglican Church records are also available.  I am also willing to go to local cemeteries or landmarks and photograph them.

  Limitations
I will not travel outside of Wentworth or Halton Counties.  The service is to pick up information that has already been researched.  The information required to obtain the papers must be supplied to me.  No research will be required or undertaken as part of this service.  See "Other options" below.

  Cost
All payments are in advance of receipt of documents.  
Photocopying                 $.50        per page
Photographs                $3.00    per picture
Service fee                $20.00    
*Addresses within Canada pay in Canadian funds and addresses anywhere outside of Canada pay in US funds.
If you have multiple requests of the same nature eg. Ontario Registers or Burlington news articles one service fee will apply.
                
  What will I get for my money?
You will receive notification that the article has been found and retrieved.  The actual copies will be mailed directly to you but if you wish I will advise you by e-mail of the contents so you don't have to wait for the information.

  Other options
If you are confident that information is available I will research it for you.  These arrangements will be made on a one to one basis depending on the amount of time that will be required to locate the material.
