Calpe, Costa Blanca, Spain
| Built on the site of "El Portalet", the only access
gate to the walled enclosure since the XIV century. It was knocked down in 1923; the
present building was constructed in 1926 where was originally located the Town Hall. It consists of two floors and basement. The principal façade is divided in three parts, of vertical proportions, keeping a certain symmetry with the rest of the central body, featuring the running balcony, the clock and the massive bell. |
