Don't open a  ".exe" file untill you are sure that it was 
downloaded or send to you from a reliable source.
A server hack tool is mostly given with a  .exe
It is possible to kompres 2 exe into 1, so you are starting a exe
and in reality a second exe is started without your knowledge.
When this file is send to you its only a txt file. No panic.
