A problem frequently encountered in pulse discrimination is the baseline shif that occurs when the input count rate varies. The PC811 incorporates automatic pulse burst clamp stretch compensation that virtually eliminates baseline shift, therefore insuring repeatable, accurate pulse discrimination.
