An idea for this gadget was copied from prototype developed for British military just a
couple of years earlier. The baby was less than 10 feet long, but helped Bond dispose of
three S.P.E.C.T.R.E. helicopters. The little Nellie arrived in 4 leather suitcases, and

The Golden Gun
Although this gadget was actually designed and used by Scaramanga, I still consider it
one of the most ingenious devices ever introduced in the series. A solid gold fountain pen
that screws into the body of a gold cigarette lighter. A gold cigarette case that is
snapped into place to form a handle. A solid gold cufflink that becomes the trigger. And
of course a single gold bullet-placed into the chamber.

Acrostar (Octopussy)
The little plane piloted by 007 in the opening scene of Octopussy. At only 12' by 8'5''
this plane really grabs your attention. It was said that Octopussy contained more action

was definitely a contributor.

without gifts. One of these is a gun with a quite large handle. An "optical palm
