Dr.No (Dr.No) No, was to James Bond, what Professor Moriarty was to Sherlock Holmes. Dr.No laid the way for villains to come, and they all followed with the same amount of ruthlessness as was ever intended-by the first Bond villain.
Colonel Rosa
Klebb (From Russia With Love) A traitor to SMERSH, Klebb rose up to No. 3 in the S.P.E.C.T.R.E.'s organization. Given one more chance after the failure of Red Grant. Klebb was killed by Tatiana Romanova during a fight with Bond, in the final sequence of From Russia With Love.
(From Russia With Love) No.5 planed the revenge against James Bond, which was as he put it a foolproof one. Kronsteen died as quickly and miserably as his plan failed.
Goldfinger (Goldfinger) Goldfinger was always the number one movie in my book. No wonder Auric Goldfinger should be at least considered for the best villain. Goldfinger is wealthy beyond your beliefs, but that has never stopped anyone from being greedy, and it's not about to stop Goldfinger. His brilliant plan, to detonate an atomic bomb inside Fort Knox, is even better than the original theft planed by Fleming in his book.
Emilio Largo (Thunderball) Emilio Largo was by no means an interesting villain. He is S.P.E.C.T.R.E.'s No.2, the head of the NATO project. A plan, which involves the theft of two atomic bombs from an English jet bomber. These will be used to demand a ransom of $280 million. 007 finds the missiles, but Domino is the one who kills Largo.
Ernst Starvo Blofeld
Head of the S.P.E.C.T.R.E.'s organization. Blofeld-the only villain who kept reappearing, but could never be stopped by 007. Briefly shown in "From Russia With Love", escaping in "You Live Twice," he returns in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service." This time it seems that Bond has finally got his man, when Blofeld's scull is cracked during the famous chase in bobsled. But the villain once again returns in the end of the film to murder Tracy Bond. Blofeld returns in "Diamonds Are Forever" with one more ingenious scheme, which goes to pieces with the help of 007. Blofeld's one-man submarine is crushed, and later exploded by Bond, but the villain still survives. Finally in "For Your Eyes Only" teaser, after visiting Tracy's grave, Bond (this time Roger Moore), disposes of Blofeld, by dropping him into an industrial smokestack. A suitable death for a worthy nemesis.
Dr. Kananga (Mr.
Big) (Live and Let Die) Kananga--foreign minister of San Monique Island. Mr. Big--Harlem drug lord. Connections--the same person. His plan is to give away two tons of heroin which will drive his competitors out of business as well as double the number of addicts in U.S. Kamanga dies in a fight with Bond, being forced to swallow a compressed air bullet.
Francisco
Scaramanga (The Man With The Golden Gun) The price is 1 million dollars a kill... Nevertheless Scaramanga plays almost a lovable villain, who you just can not hate. But business is business, and the final confrontation between Bond and Scaramanga is one of my favorites.
Karl Stromberg (The Spy Who Loved Me) A billionaire, whose plans for creating a fantastic undersea kingdom, first include the destruction of the rest of the planet with nuclear weapons. Thankfully Stromberg plans are spoiled, and Stromberg himself is killed. Both of these accomplished by Agent 007.
Hugo Drax (Moonraker) Head of Drax Enterprises, which manufactures spaceships. Drax plans to kill off the entire worlds population with toxic nerve gas, and then repopulate the planet. For the time being he plans to live on a radar-invisible space station. Bond catches up with Drax in space and tosses him out of the station's air lock into outer space.
Aris Kristatos (For Your Eyes Only) Among other things, Kristatos is a Russian agent charged with salvaging the A.T.A.C. device. He explains to Bond that he is a friend, while in reality he isn't. Kristatos' blood feud with Columbo, whom he betrayed during WWII, finally ends with blood. Columbo finally gets his revenge and kills Kristatos in the end of the film.
Prince Kamal Khan (Octopussy) Khan and general Orlov are helping each other out. In exchange for smuggling a nuclear bomb onto a U.S. Air Force Base, Khan will get the Kremlin jewels. Orlov is killed while trying to land a disabled plane.
(Octopussy) When it became known that Orlov has been steeling the jewels from the Kremlin Art repository, General Gogol goes after Orlov himself. He catches up with Orlov at the West German Border, but when Orlov crosses illegally he is gunned down by the border guards.
(Never Say Never Again)This Largo is much more unpredictable and psychotic than his "Thunderball" double. But unfortunately for them both, they meet death the exact same way-speared by the beautiful, avenging Domino.
Max Zorin (A View to a Kill) A victim of Nazi experiments, Zorin was born with phenomenal IQ. But there is a drawback, Zorin is psychotic. An ex-KGB agent he plans to destroy Silicon Valey, which will gain him a monopoly on the manufactory of microchips. Bond spoils Zorins plans. The two fight above the Golden Gate Bridge, until Zorin falls.
Brad Whittaker (The Living Daylights) An international arms dealer, who with the help of General Koslov is about to trade opium-for-diamonds. Whittaker is killed by Bond during a childish fight, with some serious high-tech weapons.
(The Living Daylights) A Russian General in business for himself. He and Whittaker are about to make a fortune on a opium-for-diamonds deal. Koskov is captured at the end, by General Puskin.
Franz Sanchez (Licence to Kill) The murderous South American drug lord, who maimed Felix Leiter and killed his new bride. 007 is a renegade agent and is determined to not only get Sanchez, but also destroy his operation. And he does. During the climatic action scene of the film, Bond crashes Sanchez's tanker truck and the two face each other for the last time. 007 takes the engraved gold lighter, a gift from Felix and Della, and throws it at Sanchez who is soaked in gasoline.
Alec Trevelyan
(006) (GoldenEye) Double-O-Six, who's also a double agent. After a mission with Bond in a Soviet Union, he begins to work for himself, on his own mission of revenge against England. He is killed by the man, who once considered him a friend, 007.
