Actuarial student by day - six week old hedgehog by night, fueled on a diet of noodles and chocolate, Sparkli exists to keep manga publishers and dodgy British record shops in business. She also enjoys the odd horror or sci-fi film, but does not enjoy leaping off tall buildings, the sun, or mushrooms.
She currently resides in Cheltenham, although her spiritual home is Manchester.
Great places to go in Manchester include Piccadilly Records and Vinyl Exchange for all your music needs, then Pizza Co ("it's the place to go") for lunch, where you can eat in comfort with the strains of Die Toten Hosen wafting around your aural canals. Then top it all off with a night of bouncing at Jilly's Rockworld. The only places worth visiting in Cheltenham are Pittville Park (for the rabbits) and Frere Jacques patisserie (for extremely enticing cakes - she hopes this shameless plug will be enough for a loyalty discount).
