This Month's Random Act
This is a month to remember Father's with a special touch of kindness. In every neighborhood and church their are Dad's that have been forgotten. This holiday is painful for the elderly gentleman down the street whose children have passed before him ,and the divorced Dad whose children live far away. Visit a forgotten Father in a nursing home. Or adopt a Dad in your neighborhood or church. Offer to take him fishing, invite him to join a family barbeque, send a few anonymous cards, have your kids deliver hand picked flowers, or a balloon bouquet. It doesn't take much to make a man feel remembered and important.
