deceased IN the name of God AMANE I Johm Barnet being weake but of perfect memory blefed be God I first commit my soul to the lord and my Boddey to the Grave my hope of a betfed resurechon first I leave to my well be loved Wife the sum of Twenty pounds to be payd out of the Cattell & crop that is now on ye ground and the remainder of ye Crop to maintain her & the famely and next I leave to my beloved Sons John and Joseph my plantation Equally to be divided between them and if it please God that one of them Dy's the other shall have it all ans in case that both dye I leave it to my well Beloved sons Robert & James equally to be divided but if it Pleas God to Spair John and Joseph to the Years of Mattorety and John desire to have all the place it shall be vallved by two Indifferent men and John shall pay to Joseph the half of the said Vallve and I leave to my son John one Black year old C oult and to J ohn and Joseph I leave my Working horses namly one Hors & too mean to each an equall part and to my Beloved daighther Rebeckah I leave one Bay hors Coult cuning three year old and two cows to be given her afs the Stock when it will Suit best with her Convnencey and my wifes - and to my befoued Daughter Marey I leave one Black Mear six year old and if she live on the Place with her mother and ye boys till she come to Age she shall then have two cows and in case gos to her own hand she shall have but one cow when shee is of Age and for and in consideration of Ten Pounds payd to me in hand by by son Robert I leave my son Robert One hundred and fifty nine acres of land that is to say the warrent right and survey which he hath now Jin pofeson on the South East End of the land I leave and beqath to my Daughter Jean on Red Coulerd and white faced Heffer Coming two year old and one rugo Or bed quilt this is my Will and Testment given under my hand this first Day of July in ye Year of our Lord and Saviour Jefufus Christ 1734 Johm ( His mark)Barnet (Seal)

IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN, November 24 1774 I Jannet Blair Of the township of Nottingham and county of Chester and Province of Pennsylvania being very sick and waek of Body yet of perfect mind and memory Thanks be Given to Almighty God for all his Mercys and calling to mind and Mortality of my body and that it is appointed for all men once to dye I do make and ordain this my last Will and Testamentin the following maner and form Ptincipally and first of all I resighn my soul unto the hands of God that gave it and secondly my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors nothing doubting but at the general Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the Mighty Power of God and as concerning those things where-of it hath pleased God to blefs me in this life I order as follows Item, . Leave to my beloved son William Blair five pounds current money to be levied out of my Estate and likewise I leave to my beloved son John Blair the sum of five pounds current money and the remaining part of all my Estate I leave to my son Charles Bodkin hom I also constitute and appoint my sol Executor. Signed Sealed pronounced and declare to be my last Will and Testament PS I leave to my son Thomas Blair the sum of Forty Shillings corant money to be levied out of my Estate and also one English Shilling to my son John Alexander and one English Shilling to my son Thomas Phillips and one English Shilling to my daughter Marey Blair all to be levied out of my Estate. LANCASTER COUNTY SS on the seventh day of March Anno Domini 1775 Before me the Subscriber personally appered the within named Samuel Ewing and James Mc Naught two of the subcribing witnefses to the within will and on their corporal otahs did depose and say that they were present and did see and hear Jannet Blair the Testatrix within named Sign seal and Pronounce and dececlare the within writing as and for her last will and Testament and that at the doing thereof she was of sound and disposing Mind memroy and understanding to the best of their knowledge Obeseration and Belief. BE IT REMBERED that on the seventh Day of March Anno Domini 1775 the last Will and Testament of Jannet Blair late of West Notingham Township in the county of Chester deceased was proved in due form of law and letters Testamentary thereon were granted to Charles Bodkin the executor therein named he being duly qualified well and truly to administer the Estate of the said decedant and to exhibit a true and Perfect inventory thereof into the Registers Office at Lancaster on or before the seventh Day of April next and to render a true and just accout of his administration on the said Estate when thereto lawfully required. Benoni Burns died March 3rd 1878 abt 81/2 o clock in the afternoon as per affidavit filed attest (?)E.T. Fasnacht Dep. I Benoni Burns of the township of Fulton in the county of Lancaster and the State of Pennsylvania, being weak in body, but of sound mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of this frail life do make and publish this my last will and testament as follows, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time here of me made First I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid and satisfied by my Executor herein after named, as soon after my deceased as can conveniently be done Second I give and bequeath to my daughter Rachel and her husband John H. Hensel, all my real estate dwelling house and household goods, together with my implements - forever- Third I desire that my executors, herein after named have made and put to my grave a suitable mark Lastly I here by constitute and appoint my son - in- law John H.
