Portage

This series I have to explain. When we went to Temagami to get roof dope (which got to join all the other cans we found when we returned) Allan went into the real estate office to take a gander at what was available. Turns out an 1089 island was for sale. 1089 is due west of 1086 tucked in behind the little island you look at from the backside of the main cabin. In the true spirit of the Nor'West voyageurs, Allan thought a portage from east to west was time saving. Hence the following pictures. The cabin was a slight inconvience until I realized it was a good as a Tim Horton's drivethru!
