The files are 150 to 350kbyte with 20/30 seconds (more soon) of playtime , having their own embedded player they are less 'hungry' than avi files .
Having viewed the video in the 'player' window clicking the PLAYER HELP will give you info on the VideoMail system I am using to generate the older clips .
