Prairie Fire Ranch Miniature Herefords

We have recently added Miniature Herefords into our program. The herd consists of 54 breeding females and 13 bulls. We are in the process of harvesting embryos from the top 10 females and collecting semen from all 13 bulls. All of our animals originated from the Largent Herd in Texas. By 2005, we hope to have a herd of 250 top breeding females and a large selection excellent quality bulls. We have breeding stock, semen and embryos for sale at all time. We hope that in 2004, with the help of other breeders, to host a "World Miniature Hereford Show and Sale" along with trade show, conference and ranch tour including the Semen and Embryo collection facilities we use in our operation. This will be an event to remember and will include breeders and cattle from all over the world.
