Noah Sprinkle, born about 1838 in North Carolina, married Emiline Bird, who was the daughter of John and Nancy (Mary?) Bird of Wilkes County, North Carolina. Emiline Sprinkle was born about 1845 in North Carolina. Noah and Emiline Sprinkle were living in Wilkes County, North Carolina in the 1870 Census.
Emiline is listed in the 1880 census for Grayson County, Virginia. At this time, she is listed apart from her children, and they are in various households in Grayson County, which lead me to believe Noah had died prior to the taking of the 1880 census.

servant for Stephen Phipps and attending school in the 1880 census of
Grayson County, Virginia.

Benjamin & Elina Phipps at the time of the 1880 census of Grayson
County, Virginia.
7. Myrtle Sprinkle,
born about 1875, lived with Isaac and Gincey Cox at the
time of the 1880 census of Grayson County, Virginia.
8. Jennie Sprinkle,
born about 1877, lived with Harry and Ruth Hash during
the 1870 census of Grayson County, Virginia.
9. Felix Sprinkle,
born about 1879 in Virginia, was living with his mother at
the residence of James Byrd in 1880 during the Grayson County Census.
George Washington Sprinkle, born September 30, 1870, in Wilkes County, North Carolina, married Myrtle Holdaway, daughter of David Crockett and Sarah Brewer Holdaway, on July 11, 1892. She was born December 2, 1871 in Grayson County, Virginia. George Washington Sprinkle died on April 4, 1965, and Myrtle Sprinkle died on January 13, 1958. They are buried in the Pine Branch Cemetery in Grayson County, Virginia.

6. Booker Sprinkle,
born 1909, died October 19, 1954, married Ruth
Barton. He is buried in the Pine Branch Cemetery in Grayson County,
Virginia.
Verdia Sprinkle, born
May 6, 1893, and died May 28, 1964, married William Leff Brewer, on August
17, 1907. He was the son of James and Elizabeth Thomas Brewer, and
was born August 8, 1886, and died August 20, 1958. They are buried
at the Fox Cemetery in Grayson County, Virginia.
