We have some really good Duke maps. We especially recommend OOPS.MAP which requires the artfile contained in MEDIEVAL.ZIP 

The file kextract are in Build.zip and if you want to use it but don't know how this is the way: KEXTRACT DUKE3D.GRP *.MAP (This extracts the maps). 
You can also extract the whole file or just the art files, voc files and more.  

When you see this page remember that I've made most of the pictures and animations myself.
