CENSUS: FHL Film # 803,023; St. Clair, AL;1860 The U.S. Census of 1880 for St. Claire Co. Alabama shows that Rosana J. Lowe had four daughters at home at the time. The names on the census conflict with the names known by the family. The Census shows that Louvina is 13 yrs of age, Drucila is 10 yrs of age, Sarah is 8 yrs of age and Mary E. is 6 yrs of age. Family history shows that the youngest daughters of Rosana were named Sally and Betty. Betty's niece, Opal Levell revealed that Betty had many given names and used to amuse the children by quoting all of her names. Her middle name was most likely Elizabeth and probably why she was called Betty. Betty is buried in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, St. Clair Co., Alabama.spouse: Lowe, Pinkney C. (1836 - 1875)
