The Walt Disney World
theme parks all have little secrets first time visitors should
know about. All these tips should make your visit more enjoyable.
Trust me I've gone about thirty times!
MAGIC KINGDOM
When taking the monorail
from the Transportation and Ticket Center to the Magic Kingdom,
use the Resort monorails. You will have to make extra stops at
the Polynesian and the Grand Floridian, but the monorail we be
almost empty.
Once you arrive at Main
Street catch the train to Fronteirland and ride Splash Mountain
and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in the morning. Lines in the
afternoon can reach from one hour to two hours and a half.
From Frontierland walk
to Adventureland and catch all the attractions there, they hardly
ever have very long lines.
From Adventureland go
over to Liberty Square through Fronteirland and see the attractions
there like Adventureland they don't have huge waits. I recommend
lunch at the Columbia Harbor House.
When done at Liberty
Sqare go over to Fantasyland. Lines here usually reach thirty
minutes. If you have small children along ride everything here.
If you don't skip it all and just ride Mr. Toads Wild Ride.
After Fantasyland sit
down relax. Have some snacks. Go over to Tommorowland and ride
the Tomorrowland Transit Authority. This never has lines and is
very relaxing.
As nightime falls catch
SpectroMagic the light parade. Get good seating in Frontierland
about forty minutes before showtime.
After the parade visit
Tomorrowland. Go to all the attractions there. At night there
are hardly any lines and Tomorrowland looks awesome at night.
IMPORTANT TIPS!!!:
If you are visiting during
the summer drink plenty of water there! My aunt almost fainted
there one time.
Best times to visit are
during the Thanksgiving season and right after New Years.
EPCOT
Visit World Showcase
first. If you have no intrest in this at all, skip it.
Once in Future World,
visit Horizons first. Sadly this great attraction hardly has any
lines.
From there visit the
Universe of Energy. When it has lines they are no less then ten
minutes.
After visit Wonders of
Life. DON'T LET CHILDREN WANDER OF IN THERE! It becomes very full.
I would recommend only visiting Body Wars and Cranium Command.
From there walk over
to The Land. Visit Food Rocks which has a small interactive area
to keep you entertained during waits. Grab a healthy lunch there.
If you are intrested in gardening and plant science visit Living
with the Land. I woul not recommend visiting Circle of Life.
From there go to Journey
Into Imagination. Never a long wait.
Right next door to it
is Honey I Shrunk the Audience. The wait is never more than fifteen
minutes.
Not the most exciting
thing but informative is The Living Seas. Which houses one of
the world's largest aquariums.
After seeing it all get
your hand stamped and return at night to see IllumiNations.
DISNEY MGM STUDIOS
Once you enter head over
to Sunset Boulevard and ride the Twillight Zone Tower of Terror.
The line in the morning is about thirty minutes. If you just ate
save this ride for last.
After Tower of Terror.
Go ride the Great Movie Ride. Although lines are always present
they are not very long.
After that head over
to Star Tours. Lines reach about ten minutes or less.
You can visit basically
any attraction after this. Disney MGM isn't very big and can be
seen in half a day.
