PP7-
The PP7 is the gun that Bond always starts out with probably
because of its low recoil and silencer capabilities. It is one of the best
semi-automatics in the game.
DD44
Destovei-
Magazine: 8 Maximum: 800
The DD44 is a very loud gun but it does have low recoil.
If you can get two in a level you'll be able to blow the heck out of any
pests in your way.
Sniper
Rifle-
Magazine: 8 Maximum: 400
A really good gun for those open levels with good spots
to hide. This gun is only good for long, secretive shots rather than those
surprise ambushes.
Automatic
Shotgun-
Magazine: 5 Maximum: 100
This gun is more of a semi-automatic than an automatic
but I guess for a shotgun, this is pretty "automatic". The auto- shotgun
is a really powerful weapon that can only be found in a few levels.
Military
Laser-
Magazine:-- Maximum:--
This is a great semi-automatic that can only be found
in the Aztec level. A powerful weapon with unlimited ammo. One of my favorites.
Golden
Gun-
Magazine: 1 Maximum: 100
The Golden Gun has an awesome fire-power; one shot, one kill, but only has one bullet loaded before it has to reload. Not good for those tight-security situations where the room is swarming with guys.
KF7
Soviet-
Magazine: 30 Maximum: 400
A really good, but noisy, automatic with a small, zoom-in
feature equipped. This is one of the most common weapons in the game because
a lot of guards carry them.
AR-33
Assualt Rifle
Magazine: 30 Maximum: 400
My favorite weapon in the game for the reason that it
has a nice sight with body piercing bullets. A very powerful weapon that
is only found in a few levels.
Klobb-
Magazine: 20 Maximum: 800
Not a very good gun because of its low magazine and weak
damage. The gun's name was changed from the "Spyder" to "Klobb" from a
game designer Ken Lobb.
ZMG
(9mm)-
Magazine: 32 Maximum: 800
A good gun that has low recoil and that can be paired
in a few levels. This is one of my favorite guns because of its power.
Phantom-
Magazine: 50 Maximum: 800
A powerful, high-magazine automatic with low-recoil. Unfourtunately,
you can only find this gun in the Frigate level but it does come paired
there.
RC-P90-
Magazine: 80 Maximum: 800
Ahhh, my very favorite weapon in Goldeneye. This gun spews out more bullets per second than any other gun in the game. The body peircing bullets can kill many people at one time if they're standing in a row.
Remote
Mine-
Magazine: 1 Maximum: 10
This is a mine made for detonation at any time you wish.
Throw it on to something that you want to blow up and hit "A+B". My favorite
weapon in Multi-player mode.
Timed
Mine-
Magazine: 1 Maximum: 10
This mine is designed so that you can throw it on whatever
you want destroyed and then high-tail it out of there without worrying
about exploding it.
Proximity
Mine-
Magizine: 1 Maximum: 10
Throw it at an area that you're expecting enemies to arrive
and when they do, it will detect them and blow them up.
Throwing
Knife-
Magazine: 1 Maximum: 10
A fun weapon to throw at your foes. However, it does take
a bit of practice and patience to learn to use correctly.
Grenade-
Magazine: 1 Maximum: 13
Pick up a grenade that an enemy has dropped and throw
it at a crowd of guards. Watch them get blown sky-high, clearing a safe
path to travel.
Grenade
Launcher-
Magazine: 6 Maximum: 12
A really explosive, close-range weapon used purely for
fun. Pick one up from certain levels and have fun blowing things up.
Rocket
Launcher-
Magazine: 1 Maximum: 3
Another explosive weapon that is also purely for fun.
This weapon has less total ammo than the Grenade Launcher but has a much
farther range. Ka-Boom!
Watch
Laser-
Magazine:-- Maximum: 300
This weapon is only found on the Train level and is used for breaking open the floor hatch to escape the explosion. Don't use it too much before that though. This weapon has a short range however.
Convert
Modem-
This covert modem is what you use in the first level to
Intercept Data Back-up. Throw it on the computer on the side of the radar
building and you're done.
Bomb
Defuser-
This is the gadget that saves everybody's life in the
Frigate level. Use this to defuse the two bombs in the bridge and in the
engine room.
Camera-
Klick! Klick! What a Kodak moment! Use this to take pictures
of various things in GoldenEye. Q needs an image to identefy certian things
in GoldenEye.
Datathief-
In the Bunker level, you need to download some data from
a mainframe. Get Boris into that room to activate the computer then throw
the Datathief on and split!
Door
Decoder-
In the facility level, you'll need
a door decoder to get past the locked door to the bottling room. Get the
decoder from Dr. Doak and throw it on the door.
Plastique-
In the Silo, you need to do some heavy Pyrotechnic business.
This Plastique charge comes with a 6 minute fuse, enough time to get out
of there.
Tracking
Bug-
The Tracking Bug is designed for global tracking of whatever
this is thrown on. Stick it on to the Helicopter on the Frigate level and
your objective will be completed.
Key
Analyzer-
On the first Bunker level, "Q" requires a copy of the GoldenEye Key. Pick up the Key and copy it using the Analyzer then you're all done.
