DEADLY RELAMS Part 3 ~ Alterations and endings A Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon Story by Amy Lawson/Kixxycatt lawsg@sk.sympatico.ca Note - So here I am again, with another chapter to this strange, twisted little story about Chibimoon and the time gate. I want to end "Deadly Relams" soon as I have some plans to do stories about other senshi than her.. right now I'm really considering doing one about the Starlights, Sailorjupiter or Sailormars. But your suggestions are cruitial! Send in your opinions and which character(s) should star in the next story, or if you want me to do something like Crying Moon II. And yes, this is the last part (finally! Off to another work!). If you skipped to this part, or just don't remember, there are a whole bunch of witches the threesome have already encountered. Here is a basic list of who they are.. Lady Darkness: A witch from the darkness relam (the first one Chibimoon and Diana came across). - Delutae (pink), Maji-li (black), Knuuli (blue) and Tajyu (green): These are four younger witches who go along as a quartet. They are twins minus the colour of their outfit, eyes and hair. (Ex. Knuuli has a blue outfit, eyes and hair, whereas Tajyu has a green outfit, eyes and hair.) - Queen Meil: The witch Delutae, Maji-li, Knuuli and Tajyu serve. A head witch of that respective area. * "Sailorpluto-sama, how much longer until we can go back into present day time?" Diana questioned. "I would have expected you to have already arrived." Sailorpluto admitted. "But there's something wrong and I have no real clue as to who it is." "The witches, of course!" Sailorchibimoon exclaimed. "They just came and invaded, right?" "Wrong," Sailorpluto turned to face the little girl, "those witches have been here for a long time.. long before you were born. And all that has changed is that you're seeing them now. No, it's not them at all.." "Then who is it?" Chibimoon asked curiously. "As I've said before, I don't know.." "Yes, you do!" Diana inturrupted. "And you should really tell us now." She dug a single claw into Sailorpluto's neck. "Baka Diana!" Chibimoon grabbed the kitten. "Gomen, gomen, Puu.. Diana is being a tad STUPID!" she grabbed Diana's neck. "*koff* *meow* let me go.. *gag*" Diana moaned. "Then BEHAVE!" Chibimoon put Diana on the ground. "Puu, will we EVER get out of here?! You know this Time Gate forwards and backwards, don't you? So isn't there some emergency exit or SOMETHING?!" "Hai, but.. oh, wait.. I think I know." Sailorpluto slapped herself lightly and shook her head. "I have been SUCH a fool!" "Huh?" asked Diana, looking up at the guardian of time. "The witches must have cast a spell somehow! They don't exactly want us to run off and leave them wallowing in their own pity... and.." "Come again?" Chibimoon asked, scratching her head. Sailorpluto sighed. "More or less, Small Lady, we're going to have to find _them_ before we can get out of here." "Go BACK to the witches?!" Chibimoon exclaimed. "You're out of your mind!!" "I'm afraid not." Sailorpluto shook her head. "That-a-way, you two." "Not more walking!.." Diana moaned. * (Back at Crystal Tokyo..) "They're gone.. they're finally gone.." Sailormars groaned, falling to the ground. "..finally.." "So, when do we find Small Lady?" Sailorvenus asked, helping her teamate up. "It's been only 2 months since we started the battle. Do you think she'll remember?" "Time flies when.. *uh*.. you're having fun." Sailorjupiter groaned as she walked over to Sailormars and Sailorvenus. "I couldn't help but.. overhear. *grunt* Battle certainly did it's damage, ne?" She motioned twoards all the injured people and the burnt, damaged or destroyed buildings. "Good thing we sent Small Lady to safety. You think she's okay?" "Yep." Sailorvenus nodded. "I'm sure of it. The Sailor senshi from the past would defend her from anything, I know it." "I hope so." Sailorjupiter nodded. "Aw, man, I gotta get a better job. Overworked, underpaid.." * (Time Gate) Sailorpluto kept glancing to her sides. She felt like she was being watched and knew the feeling was correct, as the witches certainly seemed to be everywhere. she thought. Diana was thinking the same thing. "When do the winds come back, Puu?" Chibimoon asked the elder guardian. "Soon, very soon. About two months have passed for your family.." Sailorpluto immediately regretted bringing up the subject. "TWO MONTHS?! WHAT?!" Chibimoon screamed. "What do you mean?!" Diana demanded. "We've been gone to long. Remember, time just doesn't occur here.. but it does in the outside world, and with what the timeline trouble that is going on I'm afraid you are very much two months older than when you entred the time gate." "What.. what happened to mommy? And daddy?" Chibimoon asked nervously. "What if they sucseed in going to the past?" "I doubt that, Small Lady, the time gates are pretty much.. how can I put this.. screwed right now." "Halt, intruder!" a shadowed figure jumped in front of the three. * (Present day Tokyo) "Usagi!" "Uh.. oh, no.." Usagi looked up at her sensi, Ms. Haruna, who was holding up a test. "You have gotten the highest mark in the class! What happened, may I ask?" the teacher handed Usagi her test... "100%?! WOW!" Usagi exclaimed. "I tied with Ami-chan and Taiki-kun! YIPPEE!" "That's just it. Mizuno-san, Kou-san, please see me after class." the teacher glared at them quickly, then proceeded to hand out the rest of the tests. Ami and Taiki exchanged glances, both with confused looks on their faces. * (Time Gate) "AAAH! Who are you?!" Sailorchibimoon demanded. "Please let her be Glina, good witch of the north.." Diana whispered in Sailorpluto's ear. "Allow me to introduce myself." the witch sneered, stepping into the light. "I'm the infamous one, Lady Meil. Some call me Queen Meil. And YOU are intruders of the witch-gate!" "Witch gate?!" Sailorpluto demanded, coming forward. "This is the time gate of which you are hearby banished!" "Not likely, oh former guardian." Lady Meil smiled wickedly. "It seems we have done some rearranging. Nobody crosses the WITCH-GATE any more.. except for certain citizens of your home.. Tokyo, is it not?" "You're letting ordinary people cross the gates of time?!" Diana excliamed. "You just can't do that!" "Can.. and will." Lady Meil laughed. "And I DARE you to stop me on this one, you little brat." Sailorpluto thought. * (Tokyo) "Mizuno-san, Kou-san, you seem to have gotten rather.. interesting grades this turn around." Ms. Haruna sat back in her chair, eyeing Ami and Taiki. "What is it? Did we brake some record or something?" Taiki asked, rather annoyed. "I really don't see the significence of calling us here." "Not realy. Both of you are to study harder. Much harder. I don't know what has happened, but you both have recieved 15% on your latest exam. Please, is there something I should know about?" "What?" Ami exclaimed in shock. "There must be some mistake, I mean, I have never gotten a grade that low in my life!" "She's right. You must be mistaken." Taiki nodded his head. "I'm afraid not." Ms. Haruna shook her head. "Such a shame.. a dear shame." * (Time Gate) "Puu.." Chibimoon whined. "My head.. hurts.." she opened her eyes a stared at her hand. She was chained up, by both her hands. "Puu!" "I know, Chibimoon, and I'm trying to get out of here." Sailorpluto sighed. "The witches are too quick - they did this in a blink of an eye. Or, in their case, a flick of their finger." "What if mommy is looking for me?" Chibimoon asked, a note of uncertainy in her eyes. "What if they think I'm.. dead?" she choked out. "I'm sure they won't." Sailorpluto assured her. "We'll be out of here quickly. I'm sure of it. They've had their fun, and they've quite possibly already opened the Time Gate." "You mean WITCH gate." Diana walked over to the two. "They didn't tie me up, Small Lady." "Like that does us any good!" Chibimoon exclaimed. "Diana-chan, you can't break these chains!" "Can and will." Diana stuck her claw in one the key to Chibimoon's shakles, turned it around, and it opened. "Diana! You opened it!" Sailorpluto exclaimed. "Now hurry, friend, we have to finish this before the witches come!" "Not to worry!" Diana freed the rest of Chibimoon's chains and went over to Sailorpluto when lights flashed on. "Ut-oh." "What are you DOING?!" exclaimed a witch. Delutae, Maji-li, Knuuli and Tajyu entered the cell the trio were being held in. "Looks like they're escaping, Delutae." Tajyu snorted, turning to face her friend. "Which we have caught them in the act!" "The queen will be happy!" Knuuli exclaimed. "We've caught them at an illegal act and for this," she strode over to the senshi and Diana, "they can and shall be punished accordingly." "..and Queen Meil will forgive us for allowing them to escape in the first place!" smiled Maji-li. "Grab them and let's take them to the trial center. You take them, Tajyu." she ordered. "Why should _I_?!" Tajyu whined. "You do it, Maji-li!" "You're asking ME to?!" Maji-li snapped. "If the shoe fits.." Deluate cut in. Both Tajyu and Knuuli nodded. "NO WAY!" she screamed. "I COMMAND you three to do it, and do it NOW! And don't question my AUTHITORY over you three.. Queen Meil put it this way!" Maji-li smiled, satisfacted. Not long ago Queen Meil had placed her in charge of operations over her three teamates. The other three hadn't been to happy with it, but Maji-li had power and orders, as well as the watchful eye of Meil to make sure Tajyu, Knuuli and Delutae followed their orders. Chibimoon sensed the other witch's obvious dislike for Maji-li, most likely due to her bossy nature. She bent down to Diana. "Untie Puu-chan while I blast these guys." she whispered. "I have a plan that just might work." Diana nodded and ran off to where Sailorpluto remainded shakled. Chibimoon quickly gave a prayer and crossed her fingers. * (Tokyo) "REI! You're late for tonight's meeting at my house." Usagi snapped. "Same with you, Ami-chan!" "You are so MEAN, Usagi!" whined Rei. "I couldn't help it, I was reading my Codename wa: Sailor-V #3 manga!" Rei whined. "Oohoohooh it was cool and.." "I don't waste my time reading manga." Usagi said cooly. "I now read very enlighting articles found in the pages of Genius weekly and other such highly respective and intelligent magazines that can be found through a highly satisfactory subscription deal that.." "AHAHAHA Usagi I don't know what's wrong with you but suddenly you're Ami, and Rei is you and Ami is.. uh, late?" Makoto exclaimed, shaking her formaly ditz leader. "Yeah, I wonder what's going on!" Minako exclaimed. "Hey, Makoto, did ya try my cookies yet? Fresh-baked!" "ALRIGHT!" Rei exclaimed. "Food time!" she ran over to Minako's bag and tripped over Usagi's bookbag. "AHHH! That HUUUURRT! *WAH*" she started to bawl her eyes out. "Oh, please!" Makoto sighed, rolling her eyes back. "Rei-chan, can't you do anything right?" "You're so mean Mako-chan! It's not faaaaaiir..." * (Time Gate Enterence) Serenity looked out into the Time Gate. "Small Lady? Where arrree yoou.." * (Tokyo) "Taiki-kun, what do you supposse is going on?" Ami demanded. "I don't know." Taiki replied. The two were on their way to Usagi's house. "But I sure don't understand how Usagi got a high score." "Me either, but it seems we have traded places, or something!" Ami sighed. "And now I'll NEVER get into a good university.. ever!" she sighed. "I don't have to worry about that, and neither do you - you're a sailor senshi." Taiki pointed out. Ami shook her head. "No.." she sighed, looking up at him. "I've always wanted to become a doctor, just like my mother, Dr. Mizuno. She's so talented, it's been my dream for a long time. I almost went to Germany to become a doctor, once.." she sighed, the memories returning. She shook her head. "..but that was a few years ago. Now, I have no time for that.. I can't escape my destiny, being Sailormercury. I just wish I could have more time for other things.." Taiki stared at her, not knowing what to say. * (Time Gate) "..and after you get these three into the trial room, you will go scout out some new enemies until you find them and bring them to me." Maji-li continued. Knuuli sighed. Chibimoon thought. "RAINBOW.. MOON.. RADIATION!" she screamed, sending the attack at only Maji-li and not the other three. Maji-li went flying to the ground. "Die!" Deluate screamed. The three witches jumped right in front of her. "Stop!" Chibimoon exclaimed. "Are you SURE you would rather attack me than your leader with the over-inflated ego?" she bagged. "Wouldn't you rather lead your own lives out of the time gate? Me and Puu - we'll help you escape." There was a long pause. "Never." Tajyu finally said. "Are you really free?" Chibimoon asked. "Are you your own person? Can you do whatever you want whenever?" Nobody said anything. "I thought so. Can you listen to yourselves and not.." "ME?!" Maji-li jumped at Chibimoon's throat. "Come on, witches, let's destroy her!" * (Tokyo) "So you just didn't go to Germany? Why is that?" Taiki demanded. "I don't see why you didn't!" "The senshi NEEDED me, Taiki! This was before the outer senshi came and there was no Sailorchibimoon, only Chibiusa. They were being attacked and were cornered.. they needed me, and I guess I needed them. Mamoru drove me to where they were being attacked by Berchue." "Berchue?" "One of the four sisters of the black moon. Don't ask, it's a long story. But to make it short, I saved the day and we've been together for the most part ever since. There just couldn't be a German Sailormercury who fights alone, could there?" Ami asked. "I guess not. But.. are you ever going back to Germany?" Taiki questioned. Ami looked up at the sky. "I'd like to someday, but I'm not sure if I ever will achieve my dream after all.." Ami sighed. * (Time Gate) "STOP, MAJI-LI!" Knuuli jumped in front of Chibimoon and pointed her finger at her approching leader. Maji-li instantly transformed into a statue. "You.. you saved me!" Chibimoon exclaimed. Diana quickly freed Sailorpluto, who jumped up and ran to Chibimoon. "Well.. I guess your plan is better than any of Meil's." Knuuli smiled shyly. "And I'm willing to come with you." "Uh-huh!" Tajyu exclaimed, and Deluate nodded. "Let's go!" "It's not as easy as THAT!" Diana pointed out. "You guys stopped the winds, remember! So fix it first!" "Sure thing. I'll fix the exit seal," Deluate snapped her finger once, "the winds," snapped her finger again, "and the alterations to the present/past friends sailor senshi." another snap. "Huh? What do you mean, 'alterations'?" Chibimoon demanded. "A temporary basis. Anyone affected will forget. Where do you want to go today?" Knuuli smiled. "Crystal Tokyo, on the double!" Sailorpluto exclaimed. "Let's check there first, because 2 months and a half a week have already gone by!" * EPILOUGE Chibimoon ran out the gateway where she saw her mother and father waiting for her. "MAMA! DADA!" she exclaimed, running into Neo-Queen Serenity's arms. Serenity picked her up and held her daugher close. "I've missed you so much, darling. Did you have fun while you were away?" the queen questioned. Chibimoon looked at Sailorpluto with a grin and winked. "You could say that, mama.. you could say that."
