Outfit: Shania has no sleeves,
like Sailorpluto. Her gloves are gold and white. Her skirt is silver with
yellow and red above it. Her boots are like Eternal Sailormoon's only much
smaller. She has the hair clips like Moon and Chibimoon. Her bow is like
Eternal Sailormoon's.

Description:Shania was around
during the Silver Millennium, but has lost all her memories. She knows
she is suppossed to find Sailor Moon, but knows nothing else. Shania is
generally friendly to most people, but for some people, she can be downright
cold for no reason in peticular. Her hair is silver with gold streaks,
and has green eyes. She has a phobia of dogs, and doesn't like pets in
general.
Shania is shy to people when
she first meets them, but after a week or so with them she really opens
up. She has no guardian pets, as she probably couldn't live with them for
long anyway.
Sailor Universe has one weapon,
and it forms when she uses her "Universe Total Destruction" attack. It
resembles the moon kalidiscope, only it's gold, and looks slightly different.
It's called the universal wand.

Powers:
"Universe eclipse, make-up!"
Shania holds her hand out
and grabs her henshin stick (transformation pen). She starts to spin as
stars surround her, and fly away into the screen revealing her in her senshi
fuku (costume) minus her gloves, earings, bow and boots. She raises her
hands above her head and crosses them, as she gains her gloves. She does
a flip (like Chibimoon does in her "Moon Prisim Power make-up) and we see
her boots and back bow appear. We see a close-up of her face as her choker
and earings appear. She winks, and does her ending pose.

"Golden Universal Chain!"
Sailor Universe yells the
attack and raises her arm. A small golden ring forms around her hand and
slowly expands. She twirls her hand a few times than throws the ring, and
it splits into muliple rings and surrounds the enemy, trapping them and
mildly damaging them.

"Universe Total Destruction!"
Sailor Universe shouts this
and her weapon, the universal wand, forms in her hand. She raises it back,
and a blast of energy shoots from it, creating a large explosion. However,
whoever is near the blast.. including her every time.. gets very hurt,
so she uses it only when needed.

"Silver Resseruction!"
Sailor Universe holds out
her weapon and throws it into the air. She spins around and the screen
turns black. She shouts the word "Silver" and a beam of light shoots to
the air. She shouts "Ressuruction" and there is an explosion. |
