This is a wonderful exercise!  It is.......
   A Most Excellent Way
      Love is patient
      Love is kind
      Love does not envy
      Love does not boast
      Love is not proud
      Love is not self-seeking
      Love is not easily angered
      Love keeps no record of wrongs
      Love does not delight in evil
      Love rejoices in the truth
      Love always hopes
      Love always perseveres
      Love never fails


The scripture says that God is love
It also says Jesus is the Son of God


replace the word love with the name Jesus
      Jesus is patient...
       ...Jesus never fails


We are to become like Jesus

     
Now substitute your name...
Now think of someone you have difficulty loving
put their name in there...
As you speak these words over both yourself
and anyone you are not totally walking in love with
realize this


Faith comes by hearing
Grace comes by Faith
Grace changes people
As you strengthen the love bond
faith and grace become active 


Faith works by love
That is why love never fails
Love is the Royal Law
Love is the Great Commandment
Love is the most excellent way
