Keep the scriptures in front of you
Write them on your door post
On your walls
On the palms of your hands
He will often bring witnesses to you
Messengers who bring bites of the word
One may say a word to you
Then another the same word
Then still it appears before you again
God is confirming His word with two or three witnesses
He is trying to get you to consume it
As you digest the word
God gives it life
Suddenly you will say,
Aha! That is what He's been telling me!
And it will fit your life!
We do not live by bread alone
But by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God
God is feeding us to give us life
Sometimes we're too busy living to eat
Watch for words that keep coming to you over and over
Find them in the scriptures
Meditate upon them
Digest them
Then suddenly you will see them brought to life
As God works them out in your life
There is life in the Word!
