Mountain of Grace

Times of joy
times of sorrow
times of peace
times of trouble
we have known them all

There is a peace and a joy that comes in the midst of sorrow and trouble and it will overcome it comes by the way of the mountain
It comes as relief in a day of distress when a child is to be born but all strength is gone
It comes as rain in the year of drought when the land is parched and dried and the sun has scorched the crop
Faith can move mountains often we speak of the mountain as the obstacle but it is also the high place of God
God wants us to operate in faith so He can deal with us in grace
And sometimes before He can bring us peace and joy we must go through a day of distress a year of drought so that only His grace is left
How much grace would it take to save the world God has a mountain a mountain of grace My grace is sufficient for thee says the LORD

{25:4} For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall. {25:5} Thou shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low. {25:6} And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined. {25:7} And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations. {25:8} He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it. Isaiah 25:4-8
