Our Only Choice

Have you ever been faced with a real hard choice
sure you have, we all have
Sometimes the choice is obvious
sometimes not
but one thing is always true
God knows the right choice

Sometimes He tells us clearly what we should choose like He told Adam and Eve they choose poorly they choose their own wisdom over God's
Sometimes He leaves it up to us Paul faced such a choice is it better to die and be with the Lord or stay and remain with you.

{1:21} For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. {1:22} But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not. {1:23} For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: {1:24} Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you. {1:25} And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith; {1:26} That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again. Philippians 1:21-26

Often we make the wrong choice
and frequently we suffer the consequences
Peter suffered when He denied the Lord
David suffered when he committed adultery
Abraham, Jacob, Solomon
All suffered from poor choices

Yet the Lord restores us when we turn our hearts towards Him God has a plan for man He also has a plan for each of us sometimes we suffer when we deviate from the plan but God can bring you back on track when you turn to Him Sometimes He may have to modify His plan for you because of your choices Not that the choices are bad, we may have just missed the road sign But in the end the final result is the same We will find Him in the end He is our only choice

{29:10} For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place. {29:11} For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. {29:12} Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. {29:13} And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. {29:14} And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive. Jeremiah 29:10-14
