Marked by a grave sedateness and an earnest sobriety
colored by a somber demeanor that sings in a melancholy voice
prolonged pondering, musing dreamily
a pensive spirit in search of inspiration
this is the signature of a solemn heart
And what of the aspiring soul
that falters in ambitious ascension
crushed for lack of a mentor
does a solemn heart lurk within
in the darkness of failure
dwelling in solitude
the solemn heart awaits light
let go of your passion for life
set free the spirit from its bondage
fear not human frailties
examine the naked soul
success is not a measure of perfection
it is found in the depths of determination
in the ability of the heart to grow towards the truth
it is the solemn heart that blossoms in the gravity of
difficulties it is the solemn heart that knows the voice of love
it is the solemn heart that discovers the journey home
{4:9} There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. {4:10} For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. {4:11} Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any manfall after the same example of unbelief. {4:12} For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
