In addition to my Loy website at its newer location, I'm changing this site to focus on things I've gathered regarding Effingham County, Illinois. As my Loy ancestors were pioneers of Effingham County, most things on this site will pertain to them, however other Effingham County families, not necessarily related to me, are mentioned in these records as well. This will be an ongoing project and items will be added as I get them scanned.
