Broiled Chicken with Rosemary

This easy chicken recipe will knock your socks off!

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, sugar, salt and pepper. Whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated.  Put chicken pieces in one layer in a big, resealable plastic bag.  Pour marinade mixture over chicken and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.

To cook, put chicken pieces on broiler pan and broil for about one hour or until juices run clear.

Serve over steamed rice with spinach and tomato salad.
