Have to post a short rant. Obscurity simply REFUSES to be written. I WILL write it.

Hey, everyone! It's sort of the one year anniversary of the diary...I went to a Mardi Gras parade last night. Well, technically to the fair, 'cause we missed most of the parade, and we didn't really catch anything anyway. I squished Allison B. by accident...sorry! But it was a blast, even though it was cold. And we went to Target..thus, my hair is now BRIGHT red. Oh well, we tried. And this guy came up to us in Target and asked us if we knew this guy, while James pushed Allison G. around in a shopping cart. It was a little scary, you know, I looked up and the guy was right behind me. He was nice, though. (Oh, btw, Meg, I looked at James' hands. How dare I. =P ) Yeah, so then we came back to Meg's house and watched Blow Dry. Sort of. Most of us fell asleep. And then we had to wake Meg up to get her dad to bring James home...sheesh. But we watched Velvet Goldmine this morning...again, sort of. None of us really gets it, not even Megan. So me and Allie jumped on the trampoline, and that was fun and cold and stuff. But, alas, I had to leave and clean my bathroom. Ugh. But not too long ago, in fact less than an hour ago, I found a nifty download site full of...what else? Alan Rickman downloads, lol. theman-ar.com/index.html. It had some great stuff, and some not so great stuff, but ah well. I'd been looking for the tango video for ages, and I finally found it on that site, which, thank goodness was in Windows Media. Anyway, it's this chick's music video, that he's in. Geezaloo (to borrow a word, Allison), the tango part is enough to make you blush. Well, it made me blush anyway, Lol. If it weren't for censorship, I'd say he looked like he was about to rip her clothes off, or start making out with her. *hides under a rock* I was afraid my computer screen was going to fog up. He'll be perfect in our "All Alone in a Dark Room with an X-ray Techmician" movie, right Meg? Lmao, I just noticed his tie is pink! Oy. And DON'T watch Judas Kiss. I'm so sorry, but poor Alan Rickman cannot for anything do an American accent. Especially a "supposedly New Orleans" one. No one talks like that in New Orleans, people talk like that in Shreveport!!! *shakes head* We're so misunderstood. And he sounded like he couldn't decide which country he was from. Join the Josh Hartnett club...oh wait, he's too cool for that, heh. So I say, if you're a Brit, flaunt it...Oh, I'd better take this song off repeat or I'm gonna dream about it. It'll play over and over and over and I won't be able to shut it off...I had a dream like that once, in the fifth grade. I stuck my Hanson (yes, Hanson) CD on repeat(I Will Come to You), and I dreamed it was playing. I tried so hard to make it stop, I even broke the CD (in the dream) and it wouldn't stop. And when I woke up it was playing...the horror. Oh, speaking of Hanson, we watched the Borrowers at Meg's house, with itty-bitty Tom Felton in it, and Mr. Weasley, who will forever be known as Exterminator Jeff. Watch it, I dare you. Beware the Cheese level.
Inspired by Emily's friend Kristy's idea (Happy Land), my room is going to be its own country, with a customs form and everything. I was thinking of calling it Pandaland (you'd have to see the drawing), but I may end up calling it Bish Land. All bishounen welcome without the customs form. ;-D Ooo, on another topic, I get a little card thingy for Anime Club, it'll have Isabella from Paradise Kiss on it. Go Isabella!
Hmm...Obscurity was supposed to be a romance fic, but it doesn't fit right, somehow. I had written Jo's backstory to where she and Snape would sort of be on the same wavelength, but they're both so introverted and strong-minded that they'll never end up together. But I'll manipulate! Mwahahahaha! (Poor Drunk!Jo. Hey, I can incorporate that Something Corporate song...."I Kissed a Drunk Girl"...Or not. Lol.)
Wow, lookit this entry, it's monstrous. I just wish my P.R.E.S.T.O. posts would be this long; I always have good questions, just never any deep answers. I'll think harder next time, I only post now when I can't keep my two pence to myself...I had something to type to Meg, and I can't remember it now. Memory lapses...happening more and more often. *kicks the music video* J/k. Yeah, anyway, check out my new page, 404 Ways to Annoy Snape. It's great fun, that was the last thing I posted on PRESTO, where I am the official Wielder of the Sarcasm Stick. Property of me, LiliaWatt. Hehe. Okay, 'nuff said. For now. Long live loquaciousness. (Or is it loquaciosity?)
I learned a new word! Ta. Means thank you in Brit slang. But for now, ta-ra! (Which means Bye.)

Okay, so those plans went kaput. Allow me to rant...ahem. Yes, so my lovely little solo shindig I had planned (yes, a party, because Meg and Amber are in Mexico) didn't work out. It was raining too much on Friday, so I thought, okay, no big deal, I'll rent movies tomorrow. Saturday: It comes to my attention that there are (as far as I know) only two Alan Rickman movies in existence that aren't rated R. My mother inists on reading the boxes of every R movie I pick up. Picture me standing there, desparately hoping she doesn't see a pattern in the cast. Anyway, the two movies: Galaxy Quest, and Harry Potter. Someone, scarily enough, has already taken Galaxy Quest. (Why?) And I own Harry Potter, and have no desire to watch the first movie yet again, as I could play all the parts in the movie in my sleep. So all I could rent was Blow Dry, which I honestly thought was PG 13. Oh well. So much for that great idea.
Anyway, yes, my weekend was extremely short. Out of intense boredom am I typing in this diary. On the bright side...I am now the girlfriend of a sex god! Just kidding...for those of you don't read Louise Rennison, just overlook that last comment. But on the REAL bright side, I wrote a bit more of Obscurity, and Jo is turning out pretty well. I like her.

I am supposed to be in bed. But as most of you have missed a large part of my recent rambling...which I will not detail, I just thought I'd interrupt with a little photographical interlude. Will be back on Friday, as it is Alan Rickman's birthday. Squee.
January 27th, 2003 5:42 PM central
I am bored out of my mind...I think I have some sort of temporary form of A.D.D....whoo.
Meg, Allie B. and I were going to go see Chamber of Secrets (5th time) this weekend, but it's been taken out of theatres. But that's okay, not too long till April 11th...I want those deleted scenes. (Yay for Lucius!) Anyway, so we rented Velvet Goldmine, and after I was thoroughly confused by this movie, we decided to go make some popcorn and get a bottle of alcohol-removed champagne before we watched the next movie. Well, first I broke the cork on the bottle, so while Megan tried to open it, we sang songs from 1776...until --
"Meg, oh my God, Meg, the microwave's on fire!" And indeed it was...well, on smoke anyway. So we ran around opening doors so that we could breathe. Funny, really.
In other news, while I still have my writer's block, I'm formulating an idea for a fic based on Vanessa Carlton's "Rinse". Or maybe I'll just rewrite Potions Master, and make it more...I dunno, realistic or something. This song would fit that quite well...I don't like SS/Hr fics, and I REFUSE to write one, so we'll just have to see what happens. Also, I'm using something from "Letters By Night" for an English writing assignment teaching us how to use quotation marks (even though we already know how). Gah. Anyway, here are the lyrics for "Rinse".
she'd do anything to sparkle in his eye
she would suffer, she would fight, and compromise
she's been wishin' on the stars that shine so bright
for answers to questions that will haunt her tonight
Chorus:
she must rinse this all away
she can't hold him this way
she must rinse this all away
she can't love him this way
how she'd be soothed, how she'd be saved if he could see
she needs to be held in his arms to be free
but everything happens for reasons that she will never understand
till she knows that the heart of a woman will never be found in the arms of a man
chorus
and if she runs away she fears she won't be followed
what could be worse than leaving something behind
and as the depths of oceans slowly become shallow
it's lonliness she finds
if only he was mine
she'd do anything to sparkle in his eye
she would suffer, she would fight, and compromise
she's been wishin' on the stars that shine so bright
for answers to questions that will haunt her tonight
And then it repeats a bunch of choruses and stuff. But it's a really neat sounding song, and if you have access to it, I suggest you listen to it.
Oh, lol, I've also been contributing to the "Seriously Unauthorised and Not-so-serious Biography of Alan Rickman" on www.rickman.cjb.net. It's hilarious, if a little strange, but look for me, eh? I'm the one who sent him to Guam to be an X-ray technician, and sent him to the evil P.E. coach. Loooooong story (both the biography and the reasoning behind my entries).
January 24th, 2003(forgot to put the time...lost)
Bad, very bad writer's block. My original Chapter 11 of "Letters" was so fluffy I almost suffocated. But I brought out the sarcasm stick and beat the fluff to within an inch of death...fluff really, really does not suit Snape, although I think even when I write the fluff I'm overdriving the fact that he's...erm...not the most privelged of people in the looks department. (Keep in mind that this is supposed to be book Snape, although in my mind the description's quite different... *swoons* I like hands, right Meg? Lol, and not girl hands, Allison.)
And now I have nowhere to go with this story, except to write more pointless fluff for my own amusement...Bwahaha, stories only I read, only I know the secrets to!!!! *laughs maniacally* Anyway, I probably ought to stop this entry as I am all alone with my own personal X-ray technician/inner demons which cause dementedness...the voices...the voices!
Me and Meg want to go to American Idol and get told off by Simon. Not that Meg would be told off, as she rocks "the hizzouse" (lol figgy Meg), but it would still be fun, ne?
January 20th, 2003 1:10 PM central
Sheesh, my last Snape fic was really bad, I reiterate, and I'm having problems on "Letters By Night". I keep going back and changing things, and then changing them back again. Never again will I write on impulse.
And I'm at a bit of a block as well, with two or three chapters left to write. I mean, I know what's going to happen at the end, I'm just stuck as for the means to get there. Anyway, enough about that.
I'm off today, and I had an excellent weekend. Well, pretty good anyway. Meg and I went see The Two Towers last night, and it was really cool. Again. We were going to go see Chamber of Secrets, but it only had matinee showings, and I'm pretty sure I may have seen it enough times already, Lol.
But you know what? Dogma was surprisingly good. I'll have to rent Solitaire for Two next time. *shakes head*
P.S. "The eyebrow has risen!"

I've been working on my newest fic for the past week or so, called "The Potions Master" . It's a Snape fic, and it started out as a joke at Megan's house. But it just kept writing itself, and turned out to be a pretty good fic, i fI do say so myself. Though I'm a little afraid of what people may think when they read it, if they've read my other fics anyway. But in any case, I enjoyed writing it so much, that to stop myself from editing it again and again, I'm writing another one. Maybe I'll put that one up too, it's called "Letters by Night".
I worry myself.
P.S. Happy belated Christmas everyone!

Yesterday was Megan's birthday party, and it was so much fun! We went out to eat in the freezing cold...Really, what is so difficult to understand about a Caesar salad with Italian dressing? Sheesh. Then we went to Walgreen's and looked at stuff for awhile, and bought some hair dye. Then we went back to Meg's house and dyed our hair (she dyed hers Lucius Malfoy blonde), and then we watched, how ironic, Blowdry. Good movie, some sad parts, many funny parts, we fast forwarded through the gross parts. Josh Hartnett really, really, should just stick to being American 'cause he cannot for his life do a British accent. He was kind of Scottish-Irish-English. And Alan Rickman was in it as well, which was really funny. He had the same dazed, depressed expression throughout most of the movie, and it was weird hearing Snape's voice with someone who...well, wasn't Snape. The entire movie over-dramatized hair cutting, which was probably why it was funny, but all the same, Alan Rickman really shouldn't dance. Good movie.
December 9th, 2002 10:50 PM central
Hmm, yes, if you can't tell by my added quotes, my friend Emily came over this weekend and we watched The Patriot. Neither of us had seen it, and we rented it because we'd heard Jason Isaacs was in it, and he was a great Lucius Malfoy. Anyway, I'm sure we might have enjoyed it or gotten more emotion out of it had we not accidentally said funny things at all the sad parts. Then we'd start laughing and the whole mood of it would be ruined. And weird, too, was the fact that Jason Isaacs still managed to look incredibly cool even while brutally murdering our American brethren. (He always seems to play characters with anger issues.)
Bleh, it was all gory and sadistic...Movies like that always make me feel bad about my whole "I'm going live in England" thing. S'the only time I get all hostile toward the Brits *waves an American flag*...I watched it again, and it was much better, and I was sad at the sad parts like I was supposed to be...but somehow the blood isn't very realistic, I mean, I could tell. But I don't think I can stand to see that guy get his head blown off by the cannonball again...*shudders* And even the first time Emmy and I watched it, we cried when the cute little girl Susan cried, she was so adorable! Wah! Oooh...and Mel Gibson was seriously disturbing in some parts, and right away, me and Emmy picked out this one boy, and said, "Oh, he's nice-looking," and then he dies fifteen minutes later. Sheesh. And Heath Ledger looked all Heath Ledger-y, and he still had a bit of an Australian accent. But anyway, it was a good movie, and if you don't mind a little violence, I suggest you go rent it if you haven't seen it yet.
P.S. I have this funny story to tell you now. I went on mugglenet.com to check the news, right after we had finished watching the movie and a bit of AbFab. Well, anyway, some girl sent in a transcript of the A&E Biography things with interviews that I missed. (She only sent in the Jason Isaacs part.) Well, anyway, Emily was sitting on the floor playing games on my calculator, and I was reading the transcript to her, 'cause it was funny. There was some bio stuff before it, and I read that bit out first. Well, while I was doing that, I was Instant Messaging my friend online (Let's call him NWP), who is Cherokee, and somewhere in his twenties. But while I read the bio, Emily wasn't really paying attention, and I said, "Oh, look, it says he's 39 and was in Armageddon...born in...Liverpool." And she said, "He was in Armageddon? Wow, I didn't know he was that old, either, and I thought you told me he was Cherokee." I just looked at her, bewildered, and then asked, "NWP you mean?" She said, "Yeah." And I died laughing. "No, you idiot, I was talking about Jason Isaacs!" And she felt really stupid, but she laughed too, it was great. So we asked NWP if he had long black hair and if he was keeping his British-ness from us...he got really confused, needless to say...I'm never going to let Emily live that one down.

Something rather upsetting just occurred to me. I am applying to LSMSA this year, a magnet school 2 and a half hours north of here. If I make it in, I will be able to bring my computer, however there are no personal phone lines in the individual dorm rooms...which means that unless the school computers have Trellix Web and if I can find a gigantic floppy disc, I will have to either stop the site or find a new way of updating it. I don't think many people come to the site in any case, but I really enjoy working on it. I wonder if there's a way to update it from fortunecity. com......
November 29th, 2002
Okay, so I admit it, I am tres pathetique, but I saw the movie again. What can I say, I just keep getting invited. *shrugs*
Well, anyway, it was good again, of course, as some things just get better with time. The audience was good as well, they laughed in all the right places. Well, good except for this really old guy sitting next to me. He kept making bizarre and disgusting noises. *gags* Blech, ugh, gross.
My friends and I have also officially named the "Why are we doing this in a girls' lavatory?" scene. It is now the Abercrombie scene, because of the way Ron/Rupert is leaning against the stall. Funny stuff. Got 10 great quotes spawned of the movie, too, but perhaps you might miss the references.

Well, I am officially an idiot. I was worried that I might have a computer virus, because all the keys on my keyboard were mixed up. (i.e. type quotations and get @) Well, I realized that when I set the default configurations to British English, I changed some of the keys. I didn't know they had different keyboards, I was just setting it for the spell check. o.O;;;; (Which it didn't even do.)
Technology really bites. What's the use of a CD burner if it won't even copy the CDs? Rar, I've been having bad luck with computers lately.
November 27th, 2002 12:17 AM central
Well, I was having a pretty bad day today, making a bigger deal out of something than I should have. So I wrote a poem, and a songfic which I am quite proud of ^^. I may add it to this site later.
But in other news, while I was surfing, feeling sorry for myself, I found the funniest pic. Here it is.
Isn't it the greatest? Apparently Daniel Radcliffe was in some play, and wow, this just really made my day. Way better than the Macarena. (Lol) And what I'm wondering is how he manages to somehow still look dignified while wearing that. Must be a British thing. (Ya gotta love 'em.)
November 25th, 2002 1:28 AM central
Just got back from the movies. (Late showing.) And I must say, the movie was a million times better the second time 'round. And did anyone notice(My friend told me, and then I spotted it) that when Lucius Malfoy pulls out his wand and aims at Harry, he starts to say "Avada Kedavra"? Eeesh. Somebody needs an anger management course. And I take back what I said about the ending, it made sense this time, and I really, thoroughly enjoyed CoS the second time.
And did you know? They make non-alcoholic champagne. Doesn't make you sleepy, either. Well, not me anyway. Perhaps I had a bit too much, as I am still walking and talking like Harry, purely by accident. Darn British. I can't even watch a Britcom without picking up the accent. ("Mr. Humphries, are you free?" "I'm free, Captain Peacock!")
Oh, and we stayed for the bit at the end. It was completely not worth sitting through the ages upon ages of visual effects artists. It's basically Lockhart in a straight jacket, muttering, and I advise you not to stay for it, as it will probably be on the DVD anyway. I wanted the Macarena on tabletops!!! (Just kidding.) Too bad they didn't film that bit.
*desperately tries to imitate Parseltongue, angry that she stayed through the bloody credits just to see Lockhart in a straight jacket*
Oo, oo, oo! I just remembered the dream I had last night as well. I was being chased by Voldemort, and me, Harry, Hermione, and Ron were all running. Well, we ran into this room and shut the door. It was dark except for something in a glass case, and the case was lit up. We didn't get to see what it was, however, because Voldemort burst through the door. We ran out the other door of the room, which was a sliding glass door, and we locked it. Why I thought that would keep him in the room I don't know. But as Harry, Ron, Hermione, and I looked around in panic, I woke up. That's it, that's really it. I've had enough Harry Potter in the past few days to power all of San Francisco. (I know that makes no sense, but I'm still full of non-alcoholic champagne...I do hope they took the alcohol out.) I am going on a Harry Potter vacation(that means away from Harry Potter)...after the "seeing the movie" euphoria wears off.
November 24th, 2002 1:00 AM central
I did it. I made a whole day without saying, "Harry Potter". Granted, I was asleep 'till ten, but it seems I am not as pathetic as I thought. Even though I did buy a magazine and almost the soundtrack before I realized I was supposed to be saying nothing. As far as my records show, I didn't. However, I did mention related things, and I did mention it without actually saying it. One step at a time. (I wonder if there's a Harry Potter Anonymous?)
November 22nd, 2002 7:37 PM central
Oh my. I had the weirdest, most bizarre dream last night. It was really funny though, I laughed when I woke up from it. Okay, so here goes.
I dreamed that my friends Allison and Laura were at my house, and Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint were there as well. (?????) Well, anyway, my friend Allison and Rupert hit it off right away. So, later, me, Allie, and Laura were just walking around outside, and I saw that Allie had some new shoes. I said, "I've never seen you wear those. Where'd you get them?" And she replied, "Oh, I took them from Rupert." And I thought nothing of it. So after that we went back inside, and a white van drove up in our driveway, one like Mike has in "A Fine Romance." It even had the steering wheel on the wrong side and everything. Well, Tom Felton gets out of the passenger's seat. (Just keeps getting weirder and weirder. But I'm not done.) And instead of one of his parents getting out of the driver's side, which would be logical, Jason Isaacs steps out, in full Lucius Malfoy regalia. So he drops off Tom, and says, "I need to talk to your mother before I leave." So I say, "Okay," and I go to get her from the backyard, where she is cleaning up tree debris from hurricane Lily. She says, "Help me with this." And I say, "Mom. There are movie stars in my living room, and you want me to clean up the backyard?" She says, "Yes," and I just go back inside, where Allison, Rupert, and I proceed to slide around in our socks on my living room floor (it's wood) and Jason Isaacs just stares at us like we're crazy, which, of course, we are. I have no earthly clue what happened to Daniel, Laura, or Tom for that matter, but I woke up. And I laughed insanely. I guess that's what happens when you go site pic-surfing just before you go to sleep. (Never again. Never again.)
Oh, and a P.S. This is pathetic, but I have taken up a personal challenge. I vowed that tomorrow, I will not mention Harry Potter in any way, shape or form, for the entire day. (I think I need a hug.)
November 18th, 2002 8:04 PM central
Oh yes, another note to add in my review of the movie....the very, very end....misplaced somewhat. It didn't make a whole lot of sense, but then again, I'm stupid. Also, the part where Harry's flying out of the diary...it reminded me of The Scorpion King; it was kinda corny. Sorry, but it's true. Oh, and the Burrow was awesome! I'd love to live there...but where were our friends the lawn gnomes? And I thought they were going to put Peeves in this movie. Oh well, it was already pretty long (though I would have loved to stay longer), I understand. Still a fantastic, well-made movie.
How about Moaning Myrtle, everyone? Let's give her a hand! *applause* She was adorable and annoying all at once, just like she ought to be. And Ginny (my favourite character) was portrayed very well by Bonnie Wright, I think, although much of her part seemed to be cut...great job, though, everyone, great job. Can't wait to see it a second time.
November 17, 2002 2:10 PM central
Well, we (Me, Meg, Allie, Laura, and Amber) saw the movie on Friday. Spectacular would be an understatement..........It was incredible! Can't wait to see it again.....Kenneth Branagh and Jason Isaacs did an excellent job!!!
And the day after was my good friend Amber's 16th birthday party! And who was there? None other than the five people who went to the movie.....we have a plethora of new inside jokes now, about everything from Malfoy to the Whac-a-Mole game. Did anyone else notice the weird eyebrow thing in the bookshop? "See you at school, Potter." And then he waggles his eyebrows. Weird. And there were several other bizarre things, of course, but one shouldn't expect normalcy in the midst of Harry Potter. Overall, fantastic, amazing movie. Encore!!!!
Oooooooooo, P.S. The Parseltongue was sooooo cool!!!! It was disturbing and very realistic....Must see movie again.

Been almost two months, hasn't it? Well, I can't go to the premiere, but I have been catching all the interviews and whatnot (not to mention catching a cold.) Interesting, would be the proper word, I think. In any case, there isn't much to say...I'm running out of fanfic ideas, and I'm running out of diary stuff...yeah, I'll let you know if anything interesting happens.
August 30, 2002 9:08 PM central
Hello, everyone! I've a nice little plan worked out........if all goes well, I'm going to the CoS premiere! I hope. Probably not the one in London, though, because of prices........I'd give anything to go to London, even if it wasn't for the premiere. And if I get to go at all, I most likely will no go inside, unless my friend really does have the connections she says she does, and I believe her, but still, if I could go, I would be in shock for awhile. I promise that if I go, I'll take pictures and put them on here. Hrm.....
August 6, 2002 7:43 PM central
Finally, I have my phone line fixed. I have been absolutely dying to update......argh. School starts soon, and as obsessed as I am, I forgot Harry's birthday. Sad, isn't it? Well, anyway, I found out somewhere that Order of the Phoenix probably won't be out 'till 2003....good things are worth the wait, aren't they? Sigh. It's still a long time. Well, I really have nothing much to say, except I saw the preview for CoS....spectacular, that's the only word. I can't wait to see the movie, even if they did animate Dobby incorrectly.
March 11, 2002 9:18 PM central
Hi out there! I thought I'd take this entry to detail the elaborate Harry Potter related dreams I've had......strange, they are. Well, here goes.
Some are just snippets.
There was this one where I dreamed that I was a first year, waiting to go into the Hall to be sorted. Strangely, though, we were in a side room, and the windows had diamond shaped panes....and our robes seemed to be.........lavender? Well, I remember being very nervous about being sorted, then the older kids came up the steps, and we watched them through the window. But then I woke up.
I've had a few scary ones too. I had one in which all I remember is that Voldemort killed my best friend and was aiming to finish me off. I also had one the other night in which the Dursleys committed suicide, but they left all these notes to Harry saying how they really cared about him. In another one, I was a spy, and my friend and I were pretending to be Death Eaters. They finished their conversation, then we walked out into the sunlight onto a beach, where the Quidditch World Cup was taking place. But by far the most lengthy and detailed one is the one I had last year......now when I say HP related that only means related, not fully HP. So here goes again. Don't ask.
We were in an auditorium type thing. It had purple berber carpeting and soft purple seats like movie theatre seats. There was an overhead projector in the front of the room, and my Geometry teacher was talking near the projector. Everyone from my grade was there......our stuff had already been taken up to our rooms, so we all separated to find them.
I walked into an opening to a spiralling hallway, like at the planetarium. The walls were carpeted too, that purple berber carpet. There was a large sign on the wall, lit up. The sign was yellow, and the letters were black, and it had the letters A-W and an arrow pointing left, and the letters X-Z and an arrow pointing right. I walked to the left, and came out in a huge room with a lot of tables and chairs. The candle holders seemed to be perched on top of......beer cans? (I know, I don't get that either. I'm not like that, I promise!) Anyway, there were all these creepy abstract sort of paintings all over the wall, and there were five beds. The bedspread, I remember was worn and itchy like those old motel comforters. The other four beds had been claimed...unfortunately each by a person with whom I wasn't especially close. I was stuck with the last bed, facing the creepiest painting. I knew I would have nightmares. As if to make things worse, my luggage had been taken to the wrong room. A boy's room. Moreover, Harry Potter's room. I went downstairs and found a first-year boy, whose name was Ed. (Creative, isn't it?) He said he'd come with me to find my stuff so I wouldn't be caught on the boys staircase without an alibi. We went about three or four stairs up, and then I woke up. Weird, I know.......but the detail was so strange.

Hello all. Good news and bad news for the cast and crew of Harry Potter. Good news first! They've been nominated for an Oscar in three different categories: costumes, music, and I think special effects or something. Boy, what a great informant I am. Also good news, if you haven't found out, the VHS and DVD will be on sale May 28 in the states, and May 11 in the U.K.......no fair! Bad news, though, apparently lice checks are having to be performed on set......itchy business. That can't be fun.
Thanks to Mugglenet.com for this info.......maybe I need to join a webring.....

Hello out there to anyone besides my close friends! (Hello to you guys too! ^^) It's been dreadfully cold here, and I went to a Mardi Gras parade last night. I froze to death and caught maybe a handful of beads(which I forgot in my friend's car). However, I did get pelted with many more than that. We went to C.C.'s and I got some chamomile tea, and it made it all better. =) Too bad every preppy person from our school was there. ::shudders:: But some people from Illinois were visiting and we took a picture for them, which is kind of amusing. My friend's mom tried to pay me back for the pizza I bought, and it was only $5, so I purposely left that in the car. But she threw it out the window at me. Oh, well.
Harry Potter was taken out of our theatre recently, and that's a bit upsetting. Hopefully it will come out for rental soon. Be kind, Rewind!
Hey, anyone interested should go harrypotter.com, there are some lovely little interviews with the cast.........
