MY HOBBIES CORRESPONDING
Well not unlike most people I've got many various hobbies. I think I would first mention corresponding with people via snail mail. I started my "letter craze" as I sometimes call it when I was 12 years old. I still write to a woman in Zimbabwe, Africa to whom I started writing to in 1983. It has been a lot of fun keeping up with this hobbies. Over the years I've made a lot of new friends and some of them I've even met a number of times. I guess I've got around 50 snail mail pals right now - I can never tell the exact number. It is hard to keep the right count. My friends live all over the world. KNITTING
I really enjoy knitting. I've been making many items over the years, mainly I've made pullovers, sweaters, mittens, scarfs, booties, etc. for the children of my friends. I've also made a few dolls - I really love making those small ornaments for the dolls like bees, worms, snails etc. to decorate with. Right now I'm working on a jacket for my little daughter. It is nearly finished and I'm sure it will look very good on her.
NEEDLEWORK
What I've enjoyed over the years is sitting down somewhere quietly doing some needlework. Lately I haven't been able to find spare moments to enjoy this hobby of mine but that will come again.
