For all those that want the cheat codes, here they are, but remember: Tomb Raider is such an excellent game that to cheat at it and not complete it yourself is a bit of a crime. The thrill of the game is due to it's difficult puzzles, challenging game play and the unfolding storyline, so use these cheats only as a last resort :-)))))

PLEASE NOTE: These are ALL the cheats that I know of, if I find any more they will be posted here, so please don't e-mail me asking for more cheats. Thank you.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: That these cheats have all come from UK Computer Games magazines and that all the codes (except the PC ones) have NOT been tested by me due to the fact that I do not have access to a Playstation or Saturn, so please do not e-mail me if they don't work for you, as it seems sometimes they work, and sometimes they don't. Cheats for the PC version
(UK Version)

TO COMPLETE A LEVEL

Walk forward one pace, walk backwards one pace, turn around on the spot three times (in any direction) and then jump forward.

TO GET ALL THE AMMO

Walk forward one pace, walk backwards one pace, turn around on the spot three times (in any direction) and then jump backwards.

NUDE CHEAT

The Nude Cheat is:......., well the truth is there ISN'T ONE, as far as I know, NEVER HAS BEEN, NEVER WILL BE. So please DON'T e-mail me asking for it.

Cheats for the PlayStation (PSX) Version
(UK Version)

TO COMPLETE THE LEVEL

During play press SELECT, go to the INVENTORY SCREEN and enter this sequence THREE TIMES - L2, R2, CIRCLE BUTTON, L1, L1, TRIANGLE BUTTON, R2, L2 - you know when it has worked because you will hear Lara sigh (keep repeating it until see does), now press SELECT to return to the game and complete the level you was just on.

TO COMPLETE THE LEVEL (alternate version)

During play press SELECT, go to the INVENTORY SCREEN and enter this sequence ONCE - L2, R2, TRIANGLE BUTTON, L1, L1, CIRCLE BUTTON, R2, L2 - you know when it has worked because you will hear Lara sigh (keep repeating it until see does), now press SELECT to return to the game and complete the level you was just on. NOTE this is only for the default control system (Type 1), for the other Types enter these codes: TYPE 2 - L2, R2, CIRCLE BUTTON, TRIANGLE BUTTON, TRIANGLE BUTTON, L1, R2, L2 or TYPE 3 - L2, R2, R1, TRIANGLE BUTTON, TRIANGLE BUTTON, L1, R2, L2.

TO GET ALL THE AMMO & MAXIMUM WEAPONS

During play press SELECT, go to the INVENTORY SCREEN and enter this sequence once - L1, TRIANGLE BUTTON, L2, R2, R2, L2, CIRCLE BUTTON, L1 - you know when it has worked because you will hear Lara sigh (keep repeating it until see does), now press SELECT to return to the game. NOTE if you have the NTSC version of the game change all the L2 codes to R2 and vice versa.

NUDE CHEAT
DON'T E-MAIL ME IF THIS DOESN'T WORK !

Go to the Training level and then to the swimming pool area. Jump up onto the statue inbetwen the two columns and then press UP + JUMP, so Lara dives into the pool, when she gets out her bottom (oohh, eeerrr, misses !) will be bare for about 3 seconds. OR try - goto the pool, when she gets out, (psx tombraider) she says she needs to get out of the wet clothes or something. Hold select and press up circle down square - sent in by hooper02@flash.net

Cheats for the Sega Saturn Version
(UK Version)

PLEASE NOTE: If Pressing START doesn't work when you enter these codes try pressing SELECT instead, as I have seen both used in magazines and across the 'Net.

TO COMPLETE THE LEVEL

Anywhere during gameplay, go to the last page of your Passport (the 'EXIT' Page) and enter this code: Z, Y, Z, Y, X, X, X and then press the START BUTTON, Lara will sigh, then exit the menu and you will complete the level you was on.

TO GET ALL THE AMMO

Anywhere during gameplay, go to the last page of your Passport (the 'EXIT' Page) and enter this code: Z, Y, Z, Y, X, X, X and then press the START BUTTON, Lara will sigh, then PRESS A and UP, exit the menu and you will get all the ammo.
