APPETIZER MEATBALLS
| 1 lb. ground beef | 2 tsp. salt |
| 1/2 lb. lean ground pork | 1/4 tsp. pepper |
| 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs | 1 egg |
| 1/2 c. finely chopped onion | 1/2 c. milk |
| 1 tbsp. snipped parsley | 2 tbsp. butter or margerine |
Mix all ingredients except butter. Shape into 1-inch balls. Melt butter in large skillet; brown meatballs, a few at a time, over medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes.* Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. At this point, you can freeze the meatballs for another time. Put them on a cookie sheet in freezer for 15 minutes, then wrap in foil and freeze. Heat wrapped, frozen meatballs in 325 oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

CHEESE BALL
| 2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese | 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix |
| 1 jar sharp cheese 1 jar roka blue cheese |
ground nuts |
Mix all ingredients, shape into 1 large or 2 small balls. Refrigerate 1 hour. roll in ground nuts.

DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL
5 oz. jar dried beef
8 green onions
2 8oz pkgs. cream cheese
Put all ingredients in blender and chop. Form into balls. Chill 1 hour.

OLIVE PUFFS
| 1 jar olives | 3/4 c. flour |
| 1/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese | 1/8 tsp. salt |
| 1/4 c. soft butter |
Blend butter and cheese. Add salt and flour and mix together. Take a small amount of the dough and wrap it around each olive. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes. Yield abt. 2 1/2 dozen
