Salads for Christmas
FIVE CUP SALAD
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 c. pineapple
1 c. mini. marshmallows
1 c. coconut
1 c. sour cream
Drain oranges and pineapple. Mix all together and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

RICE SALAD
| 1 c. Minute Rice | 1 c. mini. marshmallows |
| 1 c. pineapple tidbits | 6 sliced cherries |
| 2 c. Cool whip | 3/4 tsp. salt |
Drain pineapple; keep juice. Add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Pour in medium saucepan, bring to boil and add rice. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Chill. Add cherries, pineapple and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip.

CRANBERRY SALAD
| 2 pkg. cherry Jello | 1 can cranberry sauce |
| 1 pkg. cream cheese | 1 c. seedless grapes |
| 2 c. hot water | 3/4 c. chopped nuts |
| 1 c. cold water | 1 pint whipped cream |
| 3 T. lemon juice |
Mix Jello and water and slightly gel. Mix cream cheese, lemon juice and cranberry sauce. Stir in grapes and nuts. Add to Jello mixture. Fold in whipped cream
