This is a Social Concern project of Gereja Presbyterian Malaysia run by Gereja Grace Batu Pahat.  Two full-time staff manage the centre and they are Mrs Mary Tok and Miss Tan Gek Boon.

The centre is located at the corner of Jalan Pengulu Abdul Majid and Jalan Omar.  The centre will open on 1st March 1999.
