Goldie Merry Ellen Hunsucker Goforth

     MOLINE,Ks.---Goldie Merry Ellen "Tuddie" Goforth, 84 died June 20, 1997, at Elk Manor Nursing Home in Moline.
     Services will be held at I p.m. Monday at Zimmerman Funeral Home. Burial will be in Elk Falls Cemetery.
     Goforth was born Nov. 27, 1912, in Big Cabin, Okla., to John Wesley and Gracie May (Moreland) Hunsucker. She attended school and lived near Vinita, Okla., before moving with her family to Pushmataha County, Okla., during the 1920's.
     On Dec. 17, 1930, she married Carvin William Goforth at Antlers, Okla. They lived in various Oklahoma communities before moving to Wichita in 1953. In 1974 they retired to Elk Falls. He died in 1983. She had lived in Elk Manor since 1985.
     A homemaker, she worked on the family farm for many years.
     Survivors include a daughter, Sylvia Davis, Elk Falls; a brother, John Hunsucker, Burden; two sisters, Dorsey Thompson, Talihina, Okla., and Julia Milliser, Tulsa, Okla.; three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Charley Alexander Hunsucker

    LONGTON.Ks.---Charley Hunsucker, 64, retired logger, died Saturday at his home in Longton.
     Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Zimmerman Funeral Home, Howard, with Rev. David Cobb, pastor of the Moline Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Elk Falls Cemetery.
     Mr. Hunsucker was born July 1, 1920, at Big Cabin, Okla., the son of John and Gracie (Moreland) Hunsucker. He attended school near Antlers, Okla., and graduated from high school in Sardis, Okla.
     He married Mabel Norvel at Antlers, Okla., where they lived until 1965. After their divorce, he moved to Wichita, where he lived until moving to Elk County in 1979.
     Suviving are five sons, Clyde of Antlers, Okla., Joe of Aransas Pass, Texas, Steve of Wichita, and Lonnie Dean and Michael, both of Hugo, Okla; three daughters, Mary Pool, San Juan, Calif., Betty Gebbert, Rock Port, Texas, and Donna of Wichita; 21 grandchildren; two brothers, John of Howard and Jim of Elk Falls; and four sisters, Goldie Goforth, Elk Falls, Eva Abbott, Oklahoma City, Okla., Julia Milliser, Tulsa Okla., and Dorsey Thompson, Clayton, Okla.

Jimmy Joe Hunsucker

    ELK FALLS,Ks.---Jimmy Joe Hunsucker, 51, of Elk Falls, died Friday at Mercy Hospital.
     Graveside services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in Elk Falls Cemetery under the direction of Watt Funeral Home in Moline. The Rev. Ladonna Carey will officiate.
     Mr. Hunsucker was born Dec. 5, 1936, in Sardis, Okla., to John and Gracie May (Moreland) Hunsucker.
     On Sept. 17, 1955, in Miami, Okla., he married Alma Mangrum and she survives at the home.
     He was a carpenter.
     Other survivors include two sons, Milton and Terry, Neodesha; a brother, Johnny Hunsucker, Howard; four sisters, Goldie Goforth, Moline, Eva Abbott, Oklahoma City, Okla., Dorsey Thompson, Clayton, and Julia Milliser, Tulsa, Okla.; and two grandchildren.

Alma L. Hunsucker

    ELK FALLS,Ks.----Alma Lorine Hunsucker, 56, of Elk Falls, died Jan. 11, 1995.
     Born Oct. 29, 1938, in Buffalo Valley, Okla., she was the daughter of Joseph and Iva (Dunlap) Mangrum.
     She married Jimmy Joe Hunsucker Sept. 17, 1955, in Miami, Okla. He preceded her in death Oct. 28, 1988.
     A homemaker, she was a member of the Elk Falls United Methodist Church.
     Survivors include two sons, Terry Hunsucker, Elk Falls, and Milton Hunsucker, Neodesha; a brother, Clifford Mangrum, Savanna, Okla.; a sister, Lavern Gray, Tuskahoma, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
     Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Elk Falls United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Elk Falls Cemetery.
     Watt Funeral Home, Moline, has charge of arrangements
